So, I just bought Sam & Max Season 1 and though I got a confirmation email and it shows up in my list of orders linked to the account, the games are not in my games list.
Right after checking out, I did get taken to a page with download links for all the episodes, but the serials were just weird symbols and when I looked in my list of games they weren't there.
Am I supposed to wait for the payment to get through or something? I think I remember other games popping up there instantly.

No matter if i use telltale Log In or Serial Number Unlock, i always get the same error.
I have no problems with my connection, is there any especific port i must open? (Im think not but ...) im conecting through a modem router, or is just a problem in TTG?

Do you have the latest Internet Explorer installed (The launcher depends on it) and is it able to open http://www.telltalegames.com ?
I sent an email with my order number, but never got a response.
Are you still working on it? It's not like i´m gonna download it NOW. But i wanna have it fixed in case i really wanna play.

Have had one response, thanks Bonnie, but it didn't fix the problem.
I have lodged back under the issue number but have not even had an automated response to confirm receipt of my continuing problem.
Would love to get playing but unfortunately not happening.
