There is a high probability that Season 3 is going to have Flashbacks about the past. I'm guessing that in the flashbacks you get to play as young Clementine again to see where Jane/Kenny end up.

Sorry. I feel like I am really bad at communicating online. It makes me really nervous sometimes. I think Javier and Clem will totally becom… moree close friends. People with large age gaps can and often are friends, and there is nothing creepy or wrong about it. I predict that we will meet Lee's wife at The Walking Dead: The New Frontier (A.K.A. Season Three), because there's an option for Lee to mention to Hershel that his wife is in Virginia and Clemetine in that Season is there.

Considering that A New Frontier will be about "what the world is like when civilization begins to rebuild, and what sacrifices it will take to make society work again", I imagine that Clem and Javier are now seteled in a community. It's also asumed that there will be a rival community who brands people and that Clementine has some beef with them and that Javier has some relatives kidnaped by them.
So, after various pre-war provokations from both sides, such as the branding, killing and kidnap of many members from both communities, the destruction of food and water deposits, farms, houses, etc..., the surrounding communities organize a 'Landsmeet' to try to make peace between the two communities on the verge of war because the attacks had been affecting not only them, but also the other communities.
The Landsmeet (that takes place by the end of episode 3) is suposed to happen on neutral ground on a abandoned building mid nowhere. The 'host' community is suposed to prepare a fest to all the community leaders and their men. After the feast the terms of the 'peace treaty' would be hammered out by all the communities. Every community leader could bring 7 of their most loyal men. The leader of Clem and Javi's community would take Clem and Javi, a woman who had lost both her sons in one of the raids (lets call her Gloria), Javier's sister (lets call her Genevive) and 3 more characters.
At first, everything seems to go alright. The community leaders and their men happily feast and mingle. The initial tension between everyone quickly wears off. Gloria asks Clem, Genevive, Javi and one of the rednecks to meet her upstair because she wants to talk about how they should act in case anything goes wrong. The leader and two more rednecks stay in the feasting room not to drawn suspicion. The group meets gloria in one office upstairs. In the room there was a drawer, a busted printer, a computer and paper all over. The office had a glass wall that gave a clear view to where the feast was taking place.
Gloria starts talking about how much she suffered when her kids were branded enslaved and ultimately killed and how unforgivable it was. She tells everyone that she can't bear to see the people who killed her sons go unpunished and reveals that she killing everyone. Before anyone has the chance to do anything, Gloria locks the group inside the office. Before leaving them she says: 'Don't worry. Yall will be safe here. Everything is going to be fine, you'll see. We'll get our revenge.'
While Genevive and the redneck try to kick the door down, Clem and the others try to warn everyone, without success. By the time the leaders start to take notice, it's already too late. Gloria starts gunning everyone in the room, innocent or not. The two rednecks that had stayed with the leader start too. They had that planned all along. The leader tries to stop them but Gloria shoots him, fataly injuring him.
Our group watches in shock everything happening. Javier throws the printer on the glass wall, shattering it to a thousand pieces. They leave the room and go downstairs. They reach the leader. He tells them that they can't allow anyone to leave the building alive. If word of what Gloria had done reached the communities, it'd be the end of their community and the end of peace between the communities. He orders them to kill anyone left alive and to fake their own deaths. It was a sacrifice they had to make to ensure peace Javier's sister will refuse to do so and plead to Javier to not do such thing. And there's the choice. Kill everyone left in order to ensure peace between communities or let the word spear and start a bloody war.
Episode 4 would be all about dealing with the consequences of this choice. Clem and Javier would return to the community and either make war preparations or try to keep what happened at the Landsmeet a secret.
This is not really a prediction but a idea; as much as I do love the fact it was has confirmed that Paige does have a crush on Sam, I'm kind… morea annoyed that it wasn't shown in game - unless that whole speech Paige gave to Michonne about Sam as well as touching her hand was showing that, though I never got that vibe - so I like to think that Clem and Javier come across a recorder/diary and coincidentally it's Paige's and she basically gives her thoughts on Sam whether she's alive or dead - if she's alive then it confirms that Sam x Paige is canon C; - as well as Paige and Sam's brother's fate. (I might have to use my ao3 account for once and write that shit down)
I also like to think we get some sort of confirmation on Lilly's fate too, more preferably alive. Like she's the leader of some group or something.
