It's interesting that the company, Disruptor Beam, also did a Game of Thrones game, in addition to this Walking Dead mobile game. Seems like a pretty popular combination.

What they've said before kind of implied that Javier would receive a little more focus than Clem. Of course I want Clementine to have screen-time, but I don't take too much issue with this. I see their screen-time ratio as being 60% Javier/40% Clementine. It could be a lot worse.
