You know what can be super-cute? If Javier fall in love with a girl, a new character, and Clementine help them to be together, just like the little sister of Javier ... It would be really cute in my opinion.
it would be really cute. I would really enjoy playing that scene. maybe this would be the point when Clem and Javiers relationship finally improves.
Javier: hey Clem .. i'm kind of intrested in .. ugh.. hmm can you see that girl over there?
Clem: (confused) uh yes..?
Javier: i was thinking maybe you know you can umm.. you know...
Clem: 'you know' what?
Javier: can you try to talk her into.. you know.. ugh maybe u can help getting us together...
Clem: what!?! (sighs) fine but you owe me big time.
Javier: (excitedly)yes!! thank you Clem. you are so sweet. also sorry that i was kind of a dick but we'll be good friends now. thanks again!!

As long as no personal information is shared and you aren't using this as an excuse to send messages on behalf of banned members (or otherwise find ways to break forum guidelines), I don't initially see what the problem would be. But, what do you mean by "bold statements" though?
I think Season 1 had better characterization, plot points, and pacing, but Season 2 did have a few improvements. Some of the more cinematic moments with dramatic tensions between survivors, such as the end of Episode 202 in particular (as well as the walker attack at the end of Episode 203) were better executed than their equivalents in Season 1. However, overall, I think Season 1 worked better because it was more grounded and down to earth. Because they weren't trying to make episodes feel more cinematic in pacing by removing a portion of hubs and player interactions, they allowed players to better relate with the cast as Lee.
Even if the gameplay elements from Season 1 don't return for Season 3, I'd like to see a story that is more grounded and down to earth in some areas. Fortunately, even if that does not seem to be the case in some areas (with them alluding to another thread in the form of Capricorn Farms instead of more intimate threads like the Stranger in Ep 105), it does seem that they have a more detailed and planned out plot than Season 2 did, where this time around they look to have an actual game-plan that goes beyond just making people sad. That, and with them going back to monthly releases, they won't be changing major plot elements and doing major rewrites in response to player feedback, so the story will be more consistent in its presentation unlike Season 2, which is another upside.
It does look like BS, they have stated that A New Frontier takes place around where the comics are now so Negan won't be in charge of the savours and wouldn't be able to kill people in the community or capture Clementine.
I am wondering if Javier would have a love interest. I know Lee can have something with Carly, but we haven't tried to play a protagonist wi… moreth a long-termed love interest in the Walking Dead yet.
I am not saying that this should be a dating game or anything, but if you want to build relations with your group members, having someone that Javier becomes romantic involved with would serve to make us really attached to that character and we will worry if anything happens to them.
Bonus point if we can choose.
That literally makes no sense, considering how The Saviors are aligned (at the moment) with Rick and the other communities, and Negan is no longer in charge of them.
I'm with you there. I enjoy Telltale's Batman series, but The Walking Dead Season 3 is what I'm REALLY excited for, and they have been so secretive about it. Some serious shit must be going down this season.
I don't see why Clementine would be able to do any more than Javier himself could, honestly; a thirteen-year-old attempting to convince a complete stranger into being in a relationship with a man whom she is wary about.
I doubt that Clem would be willing to do so, anyway.

They are being secretive about it now in the context that it is weeks from release, I'll admit, but outside of that, they've actually been super open about Walking Dead: New Frontier in terms of plot details and/or hints with stuff like marked Walkers, Capricorn Farms, etc. The first two Seasons never had as much attention drawn to the plot before release, besides the fact that you would be making choices and focus on interpersonal relationships as either Lee or Clem.

Negan would not be able to do this at the time due to physical restrictions.
However, I do believe it is interesting that this person suggests that Capricorn Farm is a vassal community to the Saviors; since in the comics it was mentioned that there are far more settlements in the trading network of the Washington DC area than we've seen, and this opens up the possibility that the antagonists of A New Frontier are part of it, even if not vassals of the Saviors.
The Saviors are a group of survivors that appear in the comic series, Daze; antagonists toward the protagonists and then reluctant allies. These two communities along with some others have formed a trading network throughout what I believe is Virginia, Columbia and Maryland.
Have Telltale pronounced anything revolving around Capricorn Farm?
I am not sure why, but the matter appears to have gotten quite a bit of attention during the last couple of days compared to early October and the time before!

Am I the only one that liked season 2 better than s1, but liked s1's characters more than s2?
Probably not...but you are in the minority.
I'm the complete other way around.
I think S2 is better then S1
yea. i cried when i first saw it. for such a sweet girl to turn into a survivor with many mental and physical injuries was just heartberaking.

i think both the seasons were equally good.
SO CUTE!

No. No. No. ahem...
IT'S OVER 9000!!!

The most complete and utter bullshit I've read in a long time. It's like a really crappy fanfic.
As long as it's not with Clem, I'll be okay with that.

I really hope that the next Telltale episode I play is this and not Batman episode 4....

Yes, because making the characters you play as get romantic with each other would just be weird

Well that and, you know, Clem is 13 and he's in his mid 20's at least.
Unfortunately they have not released anything lately.
He's that old? I thought he was like 17-18. Well that's still quite an age difference.
If someone wants to design a profile ... she's so cute
I love that
Clem's grown so much
Can't wait to see her again
She's not grown SO much ... 2 years, she's 13 ... and looks 13. I don't know why people think she's looks older.
I mean since Season 1, when Clem was 8. Now she's a teenager with new skills and responsibilities.
Yes ... but she's still kid u know
I know she is. And I'm still very protective of her
Me 2
That's so awesome. Did you make that?
Hello , I'm new in this group? Maybe
Hello, welcome to the forums.
No ... but ty
So when does this thing start? do we have a concrete date?
I'd say that's because we're very close to the release date now, and more people are here than there were before.
Nope, not yet.
But they said it's definitely coming in November.
