I truly hope that Clementine losing her finger is completely determinate. I don't want it to be an obvious choice made by the player like "… moregive the finger" to the guy who has you tied up. It's obvious that it'll lead to her finger coming off. I want to make a choice and be completely blind sided by the fact that it leads to her loosing her finger.

That's a promising sign! Looks like the game is closer than we thought. Not too surprising given the Season Pass disc having a rumored date … moreof the 15th, but still cool.

Javier's calls his sister 'sweet pea' and that brings some memories back to Clem. maybe she realizes that Javier loves his little sister as Lee loved her and she understands how important his sister is to him and then later that episode we get to choose between

that would make this choice a little tougher.

Like when the group is sitting around the campfire talking, and Clem has the option to tell Luke "I'd come back for you", to the amusement of everyone, and Mike (?) states that Luke'a moves are "working on ALL the ladies."
Also just the general way she behaved towards him... Seemed a little like a child with a crush. I'd have to replay the game to point out some more specific things that indicate it. I think the wiki page mentioned it too, but it might not be there anymore.
