you could play other games while you wait. while everyone complained i replayed both kotors, did my first play through of oxenfree, replayed season 1 and 2 and now will replay michoone. and finally got around to scratching phantasy star 4 off my backlog. and that was in 2 moths.

I'm pretty sure it is coming out for last gen consoles, actually. However I really wouldn't recommend playing the game on them if you have a PS4.
I think Telltale hinted at something like a cloudsave a while ago, but it was never mentioned again. So it is still unknown if and how you can transfer saves between platforms.

If you want "bad" marketing and being cryptic, that would be Telltale randomly tweeting "See you around." on Wolf's episode 2 one year anniversary, and not ever explaining what it was about.
I understand that this is how Telltale has "promoted" their games in the past, but this is such an atrocious marketing strategy. Instead of … morehyping your fans, you are just pissing them off at this point. Being this silent about A New Frontier for so long, is so fucking insulting and a joke. I understand the floods of comments saying "be patient". I've been patient for over two years. The game is supposed to be released THIS month, and yet we have NOTHING. No trailers, no additional screenshots, just constantly shoving Batman up our asses. I'm so sorry for being rude, I am just a passionate TWDG fan who is so excited for this game, and just wishes that Telltale would actually promote their game.

I understand that not getting news is frustrating, but you shouldn't let out that frustration on Batman. It's a great game, and Telltale is not exclusively working on The Walking Dead titles and has never claimed to do so. It is unfair to bash their other projects just because they aren't TWD related.
So far, A New Frontier has probably gotten the most details revealed before release out of any other post TWD Season 1 game. There have been screenshots, a teaser trailer and general plot summaries. On top of all that, we are getting another trailer and gameplay this week, which is, in a worst case scenario, on Sunday. Literally less than four days, probably even sooner.
I expect the stream announcement for A New Frontier to be dropped either tomorrow, after Telltale releases the trailer for Batman Episode 4, or on Friday. And after the stream, the actual Episode won't be far either. We're almost there.
