1. I play on Steam, and I selected a save file to upload. Upon clicking upload, it says "uploading save file." Is that all there is to it? Or is there a message I'm supposed to get if it's correctly saved?

I think 15k and 250 (heck let's just make it 300) are minimum. But please, don't blow Blind's feed up further trying to reach it.
Looks like I'm using the custom save builder. Don't think I used cloud on PS4 so I can't carry my save over to PC. 1 out of 42 start points is pretty damn cool though.
Ok so there 42 start points, but what choices make up those points?
Clearly the 5 endings will have to be the baseline. But if you split the alone into 2 different options (Jane and Kenny dead/Kenny dead Jane abandoned) you get 6 endings. There are 24 tracked choices for each episode not including the ending choice. These sub choices breakdown into 3 basic categories, Survival/Loyalty/Selflessness.
If each individual choice is 1 point towards each catagory and the top cataory then dictates personality, the middle catagory and bottom catagory then dictate setting and circumstance if these 3 catagories are then applied to the 6 endings you get 18 flavors of Clementine.
If your final choice of shoot Lee or leave Lee is applied to those 18 flavors we get 36 flavors of Clementine.
Leaving 6 choices from Season 1 to be carried over which would give us 42 flavors of Clementine.

Oh god, I HOPE I'm able to play season 3. Because I couldn't play Batman so what if season 3 crashes and I'm not able to play it! I did see the recommendations on Steam, I kind of regret buying the pre-order now...
Do we have any price information yet? I assume 2 episodes on the first day means it will be 5$ a piece? Also you would think that means more than 5 episodes right?

Nope, they're releasing Ep 1 and 2 on the 20th. They are still sticking to the plan of 5 episodes this season though. So you have episode 3, 4 and 5 to look forward to after this.

Can I just transfer my progress from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One, or do I have to buy the Xbox One version of the first two seasons and start over?

Loosely related, but can you say anything about chapters/an actual rewind option making a comeback? Batman's was sadly less than ideal; not only did you have to replay the entire episode, it often also wiped your previous choices clean anyway.

I for some reason had season one in the the ready to install section on my Xbox one since I got the Xbox for some reason so I replayed that then I also decided to re purchase season 2 because I was nervous about not having anything for ANF guess I could have waited a little longer but at least I won't have to go through 42 questions.
Nah, on Tuesday Telltale will update their support page to tell us it's actually coming on Wednesday for most platforms. I'm only half joking too, it just happened to Batman Episode 5.

I was mostly joking and being a bit salty about Batman, I still have my hopes up for an on-time release of TWD. I don't think the chances are bad, my countdown on PS4 still says it'll be out at midnight CET, while the preorder page of the US Store still says midnight EST. I just don't take it for 100% granted anymore like I did with Batman Episode 5.

You can select your choices on ANF! It gives you the option to choose your back story for Clem
