If Kenny or Jane...
Don't show up or are just killed off at the start than I'm sure that many of us will be disappointed and that may affect certain decisions.
I don't like Kenny, as he's a rabid dog hungry for innocent blood by the end of Season 2 and his fans worship him like a God who can do no wrong when he constantly messed up badly, but if he was chosen than he deserves to have a role that's not just "Killed moments after you see him or mentioned off-handedly as having died at some point that you'll never see."
Jane, obviously the best choice for Clementine and the Baby, also deserves to play a role as well.
After all, whichever one you chose should greatly affect how Clementine turns out for S3 as they both have far different ideas on how to raise and prepare Clementine as well as different world views and opinions.

If I could live with the shabby way they treated Omid and Christa, than I can deal with Jane and Kenny dying off screen as long as it's explained well. I mean, they don't need to explain Kenny to me, obviously, but if Jane got bit or something, I would be fine with it.

Yeah, let's avoid posts like this that derail threads to personally insult people for the choices they made in a fictional story-based video game. It's okay to have your personal opinion about characters, but don't be so instigatory about it with the intent of riling up other people and/or insulting them for their Season 2 choices.
Please make better discussions in the future that don't personally attack others, or exaggerate the negative traits of fictional video game characters to such an extent so as to troll people and derail discussions. At the end of the day, it's just a video game. Discussions are better here when you focus on substance over personal attacks.
