I partially understand why, but I thought Jane was stronger than that. And I hate to see what happened (I let the family in, hoping to start a new community) Boy how naive I was.
Both of the flashbacks look so awful and rushed. Telltale was like, "Hmmm... how can we kill off both of these characters in the dumbest way possible?"
Could someone send me a link for the wellington flashback? I can't find it anywhere. Now that I saw what Telltale is doing with Kenny and Jane I won't buy the game anymore. "your choices matter" yeah right.
W... What if both of these flashbacks were fake? I mean, what if Clementine is just making them up and lying about them to protect where Kenny and Jane are? Or something? I mean, they're both so stupid that anyone who's even seen these characters actions in the past 2 seasons would know they're out of character. But for new players, who don't know who these people are, they'd accept it. Do you think this is a clue that Kenny and Jane are just hidden and Clementine is protecting them?
H-hey guys?

Don't get me wrong, I was more than expecting the both of them to die. But the manner in which these characters die is... Wrong. Jane's death is particularly insulting that if you told me it would be what happens to Jane pre-release, I'd call it fan-fiction.
They ruined it by having all the multiple endings. I knew as soon as they did it, that we would get something like this. They made way too many endings in season 2 that they had no idea what to do next. They should've just had 1 ending with Season 1 and then tied it in with season 3. Having all those endings, made them think how to tie it in and they choose to just kill off our choices and not only kill the 2 characters off so cheaply, but made the graphics look like an insult to Kenny and Jane. Im really considering not to buy season 3, just because if this is going to happen, then is it really worth playing? Will they make a 4th season, and all our choices in season 3 be not relevant? That's what made season 1 so good, how choices actually mattered.
Just a little message to Clementine and especially AJ: FUCK YOU for getting the best characters killed. Man i'm putting a bullet in that runt if we get a chance. I'm done playing as her. That's Lee and Kenny now and add Omid to the list. Looking after AJ probably depressing Jane further considering this was a kid she wanted nothing to do with. Why is that plot device even still alive? Should have been dead ages ago.
This game and it's WRITING makes season 2 look like oscar material , same old tired formula , same old tired communities , cheap deaths to shock , garbage , sorry telltale

It's not that. It's that the way they died was poorly done. Jane hanging herself makes no sense. Why would she do that and let herself turn into a walker after what happened to her sister and it's not like her character to do that, and Kenny survives near impossible events and that's how he dies? Cop out. Im stating to think that maybe Kenny should've died in the alley way protecting Ben, or helping Christa. At least then, he would've died a heroic way. This was just telltale not knowing what to do so they just killed them off as cheaply as they could.
Alright what I want to know is who said that we'll be playing as Clem & Javi this season?
Because as far as I can see it we only play as Javier with moody Clem (their quick friendship pisses me off as well; "Clem's my friend" hahaha) and they still treat Clem as an adult, great.
And why are the dialogue choices even worse now? Like somehow from "Back off!" goes to "Hey come on take it easy".

I think he was meaning that Clementine and AJ killed Kenny and Jane so that the could continue being in the game and that meant killing them off. If people want to point the finger, point it at the writers, they chose to do this.
It bugs me that Telltale has become so bad at this. In season 1 they had no problem having people leave for various reasons.
I reality what bugs me is the damn sheer rush just as with Omid and Christa. If they actually cared they could have written Jane and Kenny into the story and had them die as a result as the actual main narrative, maybe even make it a point of conflict between Clementine and Javier.
I agree, the writer did choose to kill off Kenny and Jane very abruptly for the sake of writing them out of the story, and to make Clementine and AJ the focus in the flashback sequences.

"NEVER ALONE, NEVER AGAIN" Ha, what a fool I was.

WHY DO I EVEN HOPE?!!!
That's a nice double post ya got there
"Oh my god they killed Kenny"
"You basterds"
I clicked the reply twice by mistake. And forgive me, I still trying to recuperate from this shocking development.
How sad this is what those debates about the endings have come to.
None of them ever really mattered in the first place.

Guys?
I highly doubt it. They're dead.
Oh, I wish.
Wow, game's about Javier and Clementine, not Kenny and Jane. Telltale showed you them but their stories are done, aren't important anymore. Accept it.
Hey guys can someone link me a playtrhough on youtube where we are with jane and accept the family in

Even in death she somehow looks selfish.
I heard if you let the family in they still steal and ditch you. Ugh.

Yeah, fanfiction written by a Jane-hater
I liked Jane too. But she's dead, details are less important. Doomed since ep. 10. Dead. Focus on the present time.

You realize that characters get written out of stories all the time without them being killed off right? Rude as hell.
Rabid Retrospect. The Kenny and Jane clips are somewhere just go on YouTube and type TWD New Frontier Kenny (or Jane)
I don't see how Kenny and Jane's death were either Clementine or AJ's fault at all.
Kenny and Jane caused their own deaths.
I wish Telltale the best then

Oh hey Clemmy1 didn't see you in a long time.

You don't understand, yet you're insulting. Where is Blind Sniper when he's needed?

Even though it was obvious Kenny's death was coming, I can't believed a badass redneck dies by unsafe driving lol.

Did something happen to Edith in the Wellington ending? Someone mentioned her.
