Mike, Arvo, and Bonnie...

So we've no indication of them just yet. Are they forgotten from the game or do you think they'll appear later? Kind of a waste taking out the option to shoot Mike in season 2 now, isn't it?

  • Well, Bonnie can't come back but Mike and Arvo better not come back. Not because I don't like them, I don't want their characters to get destroyed.

  • Bonnie is determinant so she could be with them but odds are they'd just say she hung herself because Arvo impregnated her. Mike and Arvo though seemed to be left alive for a purpose.

  • They might turn up in later episodes. Mike did want to head south to Texas. It's not too much of a stretch for them to pass through Virginia.

  • Do you think they could be with the New Frontier?

  • Maybe as their prisoners. Mike was kinda up his own ass with his own perception of morality. I doubt he cared to be with the New Frontier. If he was, then Clementine would probably be right to call them hypocrites for leaving Kenny.

It would be funny if we had to work with them in future episodes though.

  • I'd be willing to work with Mike but I'd straight up kill Arvo. I know this forum has a lot of Arvo defenders but screw that guy. You don't shoot Clementine.

I hope that they don't bring them back. While revenge would be kinda nice, you don't always get to have revenge on those that wrong you. I actuallyou think it's kinda better for the story that they got away.

Great, then we'd have three things that are hung. Also, why is that not too far from one of my random thoughts?

  • To be fair, Mike was a bit of a hypocrite to begin with.

  • There isn't even a good enough justification for the three to appear in The Final Frontier beyond fulfilling the "we must kill them all" notion some players have.

I doubt we'll ever see them again.

  • And that's part of the reason why I got off the "Arvo for Season 3" train a while back.

  • What about Christa.

  • What about her? Technically the wrong thread, pal.

I'm pretty sure that already happened when Mike chose to steal all of the supplies and when Arvo shot Clem.

  • You could salvage the Arvo situation for an interesting story, but I really don't think they should.

  • Mike is just Ralph, and Conrad is just Mike. lol.

  • To be fair they hardly had much character to begin with

  • I had a similar thought, actually, before Conrad lost his wife. Then again...

Mike is just Ralph, and Conrad is just Mike. lol.

  • Well, they did have the bare minimum of expected reactions to certain things, with Mike's motivation being in a determinant scene, so all you really need to do is expand on that if you really wanted to tell a story with them.

  • Bonnie isn't too likely to show up given her determinant status, I hope Arvo shows up so I can put a bullet in his head. I'm willing to give Mike a second chance though

  • It happens lol

  • Not sure what you're getting at there, but whatever. I was likely alluding to the fact that Mike and "Ralph" were originally/might as well be the same character.

  • That was one of my theories about how to bring them back with an actual role, but Episode 2 kinda josses most of that idea.

I was joking about killing Conrad just in case he was Mike.

  • Oh, okay. That should've been obvious.
