For the haters of S3...
Is there a way back, in your mind, for Telltale? Can they change your opinion of the season after the disappointments of the first and second episodes (the flashbacks, the story etc.) Will you even play the remaining three episodes?
Perhaps now is a decent chance for you all to give constructive feedback to Telltale so they can observe and try to improve it for you. A lot of people on the forum have been here since season 1 and other early Telltale games. I'm sure they'll listen to your concerns

I'm not a hater. I actually already like season 3 more than I did season 2 in a lot of ways. But yeah, if they really want to improve my opinion, and potentially even surpass season 1, they really need to focus on giving the player some time to interact with the characters more and allow some reflection, as well as make the episodes much longer.
Ah here we go. "Hater"
The word invented, by people who can't argue their point of view, to invalidate others views.
I don't hate the season, there is a lot of good in it..
I see a lot of problems with it and some dumb trends, I don't think telltale could make those go away even if they had the care or skill to do so.
I'm not a hater either
I wish, they would give us an explanation for that. Don't they deem it necessary? Have they had feedback from others who didn't like the conversation options given in season 1? I only want the episodes to be longer because I know that with that comes an increase in quality time for character and story development. The shorter times are harming them.
Except i'm giving you a chance to express your views in this thread and to give constructive criticism. I'm not saying your opinion is invalid. There are some people who don't like the season. Hate it as well. This is for those people to express their views.
If I see extended play for Clem or Clem completely disappear from this season then I'll think about purchasing it. I know people are upset that some big choices didnt matter, but how can they when the story doesn't focus on Clem and her flashbacks are about 5 mins long and fail to illustrate anything. So TT remove Clem completely from the rest of the season so you guys can get the player's attention off of Clem and onto Javier and his family. Or put more emphasis on Clem and give her story more playtime. That what I suggest anyway.
That's what the word "hater" signals. Call them critics or something, that's what we are until our dislike isn't founded in reason.
I actually love it so far. My only gripes are the episode shortness and the handling of kenny/jane. Other then that i adore the new characters and the story has me engrossed so i cant ask for much more from telltale.
Ah ok, i'll bear that in mind for next time.
We're yet to see the sort of role Clem is going to have in this season. I think her reduced focus is more for the newer players if anything and to give Javier's story a bit of breathing space. She may yet have an increased say in Javier's story.
I love it so far as well
Episode shortness is one of mine. I understand why they took Kenny and Jane away from the story, but i'm not too happy with how it was done.
If her reduced focus was for new players, why not give her no focus at all and this season be about Javer and his family? There is no need for Clem other than using her as bait so more people would be interested in this season.
Now what we have is people more interested in Clem's well being more than Javier's own family. And only way they can possibly rectify this is by causing Clem to do drastic things to try to get the player from siding with her. She already has done a few drastic things already, I wonder how many more the writers will have her to do just so people won't instantly take her side.
Not write so shit and actually show some intriguing shit that players can allow themselves to be invested in and not a choice to kill a guy we don't care about or let the guy we don't care about do something we don't care about because of things we don't care about happening.
And it's strange cause I usually think Telltale can at least push out great premiere's.
-Season 1 was a nice lengthy proper introduction to a season that'd only increase it's quality.
-Season 2 remains one of my personal favorite premiere's out their collective work, extremely atmospheric and a great interesting piece of slowly intense work.
-Season 3's opening 2-part premiere is lame, bland, boring, and alienates a good portion of players that chose anything other than alone endings.
Here what they should of did not killed kenny in the first hour of the game
