So I have been trying to calculate when Telltale will start releasing news about episode 3 if they're still going to stick to the one month … morewait ordeal. To do this I went ahead and looked at Batman's release dates and observes how long it took them to start talking about the next episode.
Episode 1 & 2 of season 3 released 19 days ago, nearly 3 weeks.
So let us look at how many days each episode of batman took to release.
E1 released August 2, E2 released September 20th. Episode 2 took 49 days to release.
E2 release September 20th, E3 released October 25th. Episode 3 took 35 days to release.
E3 released October 25th, E4 released November 22th. Episode 4 took 28 days to release. Exactly 1 month.
E4 released November 22th, E5 released December 13th. Episode 5 took 21 days to release. Only three weeks.
Going by this, the longest it took them to release it was 49 days, the shortest was 21. For sure they're not releasing epi… [view original content]

With the original delay and the fact that they were completely aware there was going to be a holiday break, instead of, let's say, a natural disaster that happened unexpectedly, I'm sure they compensated for it.
Seeing as you posted that, now's the perfect time to say 'I wonder if the people at Telltale have watched or read Stephen King's Misery lately, or are thinking of it'. Don't think that scene is out of Misery (especially with the black and white), however, but yeah, James Caan at a typewriter . . . Just needs Kathy Bates with the sledgehammer.
To be fair, no Walking Dead game has really had a campaign longer than 10 hours, unless you really took your time.
Season 1 was just unde… morer 10 hours, and season 2 was around the 7-8 hour mark.
That being said, if season 3 keeps up the hour long episodes, we're looking at 5-6 hours. That's not enough time to get to know and get invested in these characters, I'd say. I hope Telltale amps up the episode length for episodes 3-5.
Like I said before, 2 hour episodes like season 1 would be best, but 90 minute episodes would be enough time to still have fast-paced episodes while also having some downtime to get to know the characters.
Since episode 1 & 2 were brutally criticize by fans and Telltale own staff, don't you think they could "patch" these episodes by adding some content and change a little bit the story ?
I mean, the physical version hasn't been released yet so it wouldn't be that impossible to do that.
i doubt it. Seems like it'll be really hard to work around what they already have. And theres no way they'll change the story, once the ep is out thats thats

I think they're not going to touch the first two episodes, what's done is done, but they should work on making the upcoming episodes a lot better; hopefully taking account to the audience's legitimate criticisms. If they make episode 3 really good, I'll put my faith back into ANF (the Kenny/Jane flashbacks are unforgivable but still), if it ends up being sloppy, poorly written, etc, then I won't know what to do other than wait for more trash to fed to me until the season finally ends.

They won't touch the first two episodes. However, if they do listen to fan feedback and improve the next three episodes (maybe even add another episode to make up for the length of the first two episodes which didn't have to be split in any way at all), I hope they don't bring back Kenny and Jane saying "it was just a nightmare".
I'd be fine if they bring them back (though I'd prefer if they didn't because once they're SEEN dying, they should stay dead), at least make up an excuse which isn't "it was just a nightmare", since she was sleeping when that flashback happened.

Yes i would've want that, i also want them to return cut Clem flashback, that shows how Sandra from Season 1 was bitten and how Clem hid in the Tree House in Season1
I Guess they cut somewhere in November or December of last year becuase in Ep 1-2 Key Art we can see her in there as one of the zombies and i think it was hint to that scene!

Noway..I have a sweet deal on this Ironwood grove north of the wall...we can make a few dragons out of the deal...see I have convinced the Iron Bank of Bravos to front the cash for the sellswords...but they need an account to send the money...now if you would agree to let the money go into your account I will let you in on 20% of the profits...just need the account number so I can get it to them and they will transfer it.

Its way to late to change the game now because fans weren't happy with how it came out. They wont go back and make a story change to ep 1 or 2.
The only thing Telltale can do to try and change what has happened would be the flashbacks, but at the cost of everyone being mad at the biggest bullshit fake out death since Glenn went dumpster diving, plus somehow changing the flashbacks would also mean you'd need to think of some sort of story to explain how Kenny/Jane didnt die. Kenny could possibly return if Telltale felt like they needed to to make fans happy, make it so he really only broke a leg and managed to get away. However, Clem clearly sees Jane dead, so it be way harder to find a way to get around that.
Other than that, Telltale can't change anything else that's happened in the present. Telltale can only go forward, they cant go back, unless like I said, they felt like they needed to try and redeem the bad flashbacks, which would probably just make fans even more angry if they did try and bring Kenny and Jane back after doing a fake out death.

Well judging by Melissa's interview, I think it's safe to assume we'll get it in about 91 days (3 months).
If the issues aren't fixed, I don't want it to release.
It'll be most likely late february or late march, I don't know.
Shouldn't the holiday break make it later, or do you think they have compensated for that?

Ok.thanks
And turns out Omid got lucky so he's alive but he kills himself because hes pregnant with Christa's baby.
Finally someone.
The forums are 70% hate and 30% like ANF, it's not that hard to find people who liked it.
Just saying it as a form of support.
And Javi smoking weed on Kate's rotting corpse while Gabe is shooting the gun aimlessly.

Nope. Season 3 being any less than 9.5 hours is completely unacceptable.

After ANF launched, I think otherwise.
Despite the recent string of controversies, I am still looking forward to continue playing Episode 3.
Is that... positivity?
Anyway I'm really excited too. Especially for David's introduction into present time.
Positivity is a rare currency these days. Just like Ironwood.
inb4 Everyone reports Telltale to the advertising agency like people did with No Man's Sky.
That would be entertainment at its finest.
I'm joking don't ban me I'm a poor hybrid of an animal and a robot
I hope we have a flashback of Lee, it's about time I change my profile picture

Oh please no, Lee's great an all, but him constantly being mentioned is overdone at this point.
Constantly? He hasn't been mentioned yet this season.

P:S They also remove her from that art later!
Thankfully. Duck wasn't mentioned either and both were mentioned every single episode of season 2.
Oh, silly me. Well my point still stands.
I made a nickname for Telltale for screwing A New Frontier.
#TellBeSoft
And then the US army nukes the entire mainland and the credits roll and we get an advertisement to buy "Batman: The Telltale Series".
Where is Clem can refer to Duck in ep2?
Answered boi.

Where's the damn stats
Wait Telltale's own staff even? haha what?
Answered, looking forward to results.
