Because we haven't seen him die. We heard a gunshot, and we saw him falling asleep, or go unconscious. That's it.
DID YOU FUCKING FO… moreRGET HE GOT BITTEN AND WAS PALE AT THE END OF SEASON 1?????!!!!!!! I'm telling you again for fuck's sakes, just because you didn't see him get shot, doesn't mean he is not dead. In Season 2, Clem has an option which confirms she shot him. Do you want me to slap you or you're just a troll? I'm telling a mod to close this.
How is that definitive evidence that Lee is dead? He could very easily just pop up in season 3, season 4, season 5, etc.

But this thread is called "Lee" and I was curious what it was about. Then this guy started making arguments and denying everyone who is bringing evidences.

Yes Kirkman has input on Telltale's stories, just as he does on the TV show. But please think, is he going to let such an important plot point happen under someone else's pen?
Lee would need immediate care in a fully equipped hospital to survive, there's a good chance gangrene would be attacking his internal organs.
I know you want Lee to be alive but you seem to be ignoring the realities of his situation and only focusing on the 'he's alive' aspects.
There is a very outside possibility of his survival being true but it is so remote that it just wouldn't feel right if he were brought back.
If I'm not mistaken, Kirkman has inputs on the Telltale story, right? I have no doubt that Telltale would ask his permission to put in such … morean impacting plot device before actually going with it, and who's to say that Kirkman would refuse?
Plus I think you are forgetting that the zombie infection wouldn't be the only thing Lee would have to deal with. Keep his arm or not, there is going to be a lot more nasty bacteria festering in that zombie's bite than just the zombie virus. Just look at all the disease causing bacteria in a living dog's mouth, you think a zombie's mouth is going to be less dangerous?
No kidding. It is a terrible situation, but it's not impossible to get out of.
We'll have to agree to disagree on that. I think it's a possibility that Kirkman may allow Telltale to use such a plot device, and I think it's certainly possible that Lee could survive in a situation where the odds are stacked against him. Of course, if you want to be realistic, realism would tell you it's not possible, but this is a video game/fictional story, so we have to keep that in mind. I mean, Kenny should have died when he went to help Ben, but he made it out of there. These things happen time and time again.
And yeah, you can argue whether it would be a good or bad decision to bring him back. I believe that to be a separate discussion, however.

I'm just shooting in the dark here. I'm more interested in the possibility of him coming back, rather than whether The Walking Dead communit… morey would like that or not, which I think is a separate issue. It's wholly possible that if you chose the gun option, Clementine could have shot the wall instead. I don't see why that couldn't have happened.

Kit Harington (Game of Thrones) said Jon Snow was dead... I've seen these kinds of comments before. I mean, that guy may be head of communications, but it's not exactly a convincing tweet or a full-stop to the whole thing.
Yep, I dont even know why people want him to return, yes he was a great character, and season 1 was great, but his death was really well made, and it drove the story forward, and developed Clem as a character, and having him come back would just be a huge cop out and ruin what was a really well crafted moment

"Kit Harington (Game of Thrones) said Jon Snow was dead... I've seen these kinds of comments before."
It has no value. The plot still states that Lee's existence is a possibility. If Telltale did not intend for that to happen, then they should understand why these threads keep popping up.
Listen, she didn't state that she shot him. In the realm of possibility, simply leaving him there alone could result in self-blaming, which Clementine could be demonstrating in that conversation. Her statement that he's dead has as much value as everybody else's.

I am so sick of these Lee is the only one in the Walking Dead universe to be immune to the virus. Clementine missed and then lied about it theories. They're dumb,
Hey, maybe Carver is alive. I know he got beat to death by Kenny but we didn't see it in one playthrough so he could be alive.
That. That is what you are saying.
I mean the voice actors say he's dead. The guy who wrote season 1 said he's dead. Job says he's dead, and you're like nope, that's not proof.

I'm not sure if it's fair to say she lied in this case. She'd have no reason to tell Luke (a guy she's only just met) that she missed Lee's head (whether deliberately or not) with the shot. Leaving someone in a room in the state Lee was in is effectively killing them, which is why Clementine would use that terminology.

So because Kit lied about telling Jon Snow was dead in order not to spoil season 6 that this automatically means Lee is immune to zombie bites? Okay....

Not an argument.
LEE IS DEAD GET OVER IT.
THE VOICE ACTOR CONFIRMED LEE WAS DEAD AS IT WAS PLANNED FROM EPISODE 3
"Troll" is currently a word being used to describe opinions that are unfashionable and ones that you personally don't like. It means nothing.
I HAD TO KILL HIM BEFORE HE TURNED SUGGESTS, SHE KILLED HIM.
In the words of Kenny: I don't know what the fuck you're saying, but I know it's BULLSHIT.

I still haven't got a source for that.
Could be immune.
We didn't see it.
Honestly, I'm amazed at how willing you people are to believe in something with no conclusive evidence.
No, it means that you cannot take anybody's word, specifically somebody who's not in control of the writing.
That's not a thing to say, genius.
Could you elaborate then please..
You've got no proof Carver is dead. We don't see Carver get beaten to death if we leave so he's alive and immune to crowbars.
The proof is there is NO IMMUNITY THE WRITERS SAY HE'S DEAD AND HE WAS PLANNED TO DIE FROM THE BEGINNING. THE VOICE ACTORS SAY HE'S DEAD.
THE FACT THAT HE GOT BIT BY A ZOMBIE SAYS HE'S DEAD.
