S7a consists solely of 'The Saviors are Bad!' for the entire 8 episodes. But we know that already. The structual pacing is very slow due to … morethe over use of bottle episodes. Negan is a really one sided villain, even though JDM's acting is excellent.

But to address the community thing, of course there are other communities we havent met yet.… more Did you think it was just Rick's group and a bunch of bad guys? The world is opening up as the group gets around more and I actually appreciate that about the show.

I actually didn't until a friend showed me a still of it, I'm assuming it was whoever was spying on Alexandria at the very end of the first half of the season. I think someone also said the area Rick tracked the car was where him and the other dude had gotten supplies off the boat, maybe it wasn't as abandoned as it seemed, and the people who owned it took Gabe to lure the Rick and company back?
