He is an interesting character. He is getting a lot of layers. I was starting to feel a little bit of sympathy towards him but then he framed Dr. Carson so now I dont know what to think. He obviously can be ruthless when he needs to be.
I think it was partly to protect himself, his wife (can't remember her name) and because he was holding some sort of grudge against Carson. He always seemed pissed off when he was giving him "advice"

I love Eugene. Finally he seems to be getting an interesting character arc. I also really liked Dwight too. Blonde badass is cool too.
