Furthermore, that would blow the paradigm up.
Tripp is B.A Barracus because the van is his.
Max is Murdoch, because Murdoch was favori… morete my character and Max is my fav from ANF
Jesus is Faceman, because who else you gonna get to play Face from this universe.
Clem is Hannibal because she loves it when a plan comes together.
Javi can be a Victim of the week, they come to help out.
Tripp. In true Walking Dead tradition, doctors don't last long in this universe. ( Spoilers if you haven't caught up with the tv/comic series ). RIP - Dr. Jenner, Hershel, Denise....

Take the silent option for the lulz
Seriously though I wouldn't really care either way. Neither of these characters have a developed backstory or a meaningful relationship with the protagonist.
Actually, no it's not. I find it much easier to relate to women more then me. So you're damn right I'm going to save the female characters more often then not because I enjoy them more.

Eleanor. Javier's family is bound to get hurt repeatedly because they don't know how to survive in an apocalypse. It would be good to have a doctor around that they can trust.
Has survived for four years. I have to ask why do so people think Javis family don't know how to survive just because they don't act crazy like Clementine

Because he's apparently survived for 4 years, and within the first half an hour of the game he arrives at a fully stocked trailer that's locked and clearly maintained, and decides its a good place for everyone to hang out and eat pudding for the night instead of noticing the clearly stocked and maintained locked trailer will probably be visited again by its owner soon since nights falling.
Oh, and one of them gets shot, one gets dead, all in the minutes after we see how incompetent half of them were when they ended up trapped in a tractor surrounded by walkers somehow, instead of just staying under the trailer.
Dont know how to survive

Yea, after they have dinner. That whole scene should have immediately sent up red flags, he's got two children and a woman with him, no weapons, and they've just broken into someone's clearly stocked and locked place.
You don't stand around discussing whether to stay there for the night because the kids want to, if you're gonna rob the place you take what you can and go. The entire premise of Javiers story is founded on his complacency and incompetence because he has no ability for risk assessment.
Simply, ANF is happening because Javier fucked up an easy situation.
As much as I like Tripp, I think I would save Eleanor. She offered Javier help to get to his family faster and overall I think Tripp would want Javier to save Eleanor in a situation like that.
At this point i think Javier avoided meeting up with any group and Just drove on and on with The van without actually seeing anything F#cked up besides walkers somehow Meaning no groups , No scavengers somehow.

Would explain why Gabe and Mariana are so concerned with trivial things and mostly nonplussed by any potential danger. They just avoided danger already together for the most part and kept moving while living their lives; Kate was their planner, after all.

I'll have to check myself later, but I remember somebody mentioning bullet holes in the side of the van before the junkyard shootout. I'm not even getting into what a hunk of junk the van itself appears to be, or that a former baseball player was able to maintain it and keep it running constantly for 4 years, but assuming those bullet holes weren't there in the opening(which they may have been, I mean, it doesn't look like they live in a great part of Florida) they probably ran into people.
Furthermore, if they've been on the road that long that means they've scavenged, and it should be apparent to them when an area is occupied or isn't. Even before getting to the trailer, they needed to climb a ladder already in place to get over the barricade in front of the trailer. As for RGs comment about Kate being a planner, I have little faith in her competency considering Javier is gone for a few hours, and the next time we see her she's gotten herself and Gabe trapped, panicked, and surrounded by walkers.
Now either this family was in suspended animation while still aging for 4 years, they accidentally drove through a time warp, or Javier is just an idiot whose incompetence results in a dead niece, his girlfriend/brothers wife getting shot, and more important than either of them, the destruction of his magical van. Whereas much of the previous seasons revolved around accidental or unfortunate events unfolding, this entire ordeal comes down to Javiers inability to do what he tries so hard to convince us he's been capable of during the time he never existed.

Because they have literally shown nothing but incompetence all the time on screen, Kate smokes weed in a zombie apocalypse, and her only character trait beyond that is "want to fuck Javier", Gabe is fucking useless and acts like the apocalypse is nonexistant, Mariana is dead, and they have shown no common sense, they dont as much as distrust anyone ever, with the exception of Jesus, who is obviously not hostile (no, I have not read the comics)

They're going to eventually get pissed that Javier keeps calling them because his Gabe got stuck in a tree lol
Eleanor
Hopefully telltale stops killing off everyone for shock value, maybe one of the characters in s3 might make it to s4

Tripp just because he reminds me of Kenny
I would use separate save slots for each.
Pretty much, though I'd definitely pick Eleanor first by default.
They tecnically do survive along time Offscreen its just that they get marked for death as soon as they re introduced onscreen.
Too bad you would have to play an entire episode just for this one choice, no rewind button for you!
whoopsies!
yeah but Tripp is like Kenny
That's sexist.
Can I let the time run and kill both?
and stupid
Which is part of the problem.
Lol. It's stupid because i prefer the company of women over men? Okay.
Actually, no it's not. I find it much easier to relate to women more then me. So you're damn right I'm going to save the female characters more often then not because I enjoy them more.
So a person's worth depends on how much you enjoy them?
You know? Whatever.
The son of Kenny will always be saved by me
That's a lot of people's mindset, for better or worse.

Ew, Javiers just gonna drag the competency down bro.

U can choose to leave....
Character's worth. Not person's.

So they can get hit with the Omid blaster?
As much as I like Tripp, I think I would save Eleanor. She offered Javier help to get to his family faster and overall I think Tripp would want Javier to save Eleanor in a situation like that.
I really like them both but Tripp is my favorite excluding Clementine and Javi's family so I'd save him.
At this point i think Javier avoided meeting up with any group and Just drove on and on with The van without actually seeing anything F#cked up besides walkers somehow Meaning no groups , No scavengers somehow.

I'll save Tripp initially but if he gives me shot like Doug did for not saving Carley I'll restart the episode and abandon his bitch ass.
we can agree on that... Plus i wanna hit that
Got to say Tripp. I don't trust Eleanor.
Neither, because I'm tired of Telltale's "choose between which character you like more" bullshit.
Try sticking to some real thought-provoking storytelling for once, instead of rehashing the same choice from every Telltale game since TWD S1.
