Afraid it does Wiso. It's earned all of it and then some...

This game doesn't deserve all of this....poor oll twd is shitty now thanks to telltale's beer overdose consumption +__+

Whenever it is, I have to admit you've got steel balls to show up on this thread...a lot of us are so dumbfounded by a "staff visit" that we can't even shred you to pieces atm.

Nature of the beast...every staff member of telltale on this forum is automatically viewed by us fans to be directly responsible for all of the company's failures...which I admit, is wrong, but ultimately unavoidable, considering the way the company has set up its feedback channel with the customers.

we can't even shred you to pieces at the moment. Why would we? Caroline did nothing wrong.

  • I blame telltale's head not its body parts...bosses at telltale ruined the story with all their new comers bullcrap

  • Honestly, if the opening of episode 1 didn't kill my excitement for the series, the entirety of episode 2 did. And it really does suck, for me personally, because if I had to make a list of games I was excited for after last years E3, Season 3 would have beat out every major release for me. Now, episode 3 isn't even a day one buy if it releases the same day another game I'm buying does. I really do hope it improves, but that feeling I had excitedly waiting for episodes during the first two seasons is gone because of the poor direction and condensed lengths.

I've reached the point where I don't care anymore. The vast majority of us have reached that point 5 minutes into the e1 of season 3

  • It basically revolves around the fact the Capricorn farms are owned by The New Frontier, and that aside from it being the slaughterhouse where walkers are kept and branded as some undead army, it's also where they keep goats and where David goes to meet his wife.

That's right ಠ.ಠ David is now married to a goat, and there is a lot of plausible evidence throughout the first two episodes proving this theory, one being, David's a dick.

What theories can somebody explain please

  • edited March 2017

I've seen it now....but not quite the second theory...David has the rights to put his ahem into what he wants

  • The original Jane was clearly meant to be as superficially appealing as possible, even if she does look like a Butch Naruto. ANF Jane is her possessing the "Huh"-chick, falling through the uncanny valley, and putting on weight--A LOT of weight--particularly in the trunk. Which usually doesn't have to be a bad thing....

I must be the one person who opines that her character model generally does not look horrendous. It's just that there are some overly-satura

  • It was on track to begin with?

Well twd season3, episode 3, debuting on the 3rd month. Third time's the charm right? I'm still having a reason glimpse of hope that ep3 will kick this season back on track.

  • Because that's what she is to Javier.

Lol I literally thought I was the only one who thought why does it refer to clementine as the girl?

Sounds like my thought on Sarah and Arvo. At the end of a Season.

  • Agreed. If only because he actually has somewhere to go as a character and is actually using the otherwise shit pacing to work towards getting there.

Gabe is actually the better character of the new characters. THERE I SAID IT!

I was just continuing on the riff of X installment #3 you two were going back and forth about. [HL3, Portal 3, L4D3, etc.]

Saw it but I dunno if I'm planning to play it because I tried to play Borderlands 2 and it wasn't my style. However, if I hear that it'll have Rhys, Fiona, Sasha, Vaughn and other character from TFTBL, I might change my mind.

  • Overall is currently at 82% about to drop to 81%. It's nearly in the 70's, about to be mixed. Compare that to season 1 which has about 97%. Also not to mention when you look at the reviews for S3 all you see is red and all the helpful reviews are the red ones.

but overall it says 'very positive'!!

  • Me too. I can't consider it canon to the previous seasons unless it gets better.

but was forced to make s3 the way it was *ANF. As much as I do like the game, I refuse to call it Season 3.

  • Quite funny, indeed.

Usually when I dislike something, I tend to ignore it...

There's some people talking about how they don't give a fuck about the game anymore, but they're still here. Every single day. How interesting.

Agree and this delay is a joke. They do not even know how to make a proper game it seems anymore. (Batman episode 4 heads floating around during fight scene at hospital). Coming to these forms just piss me off with no update still. This wait better be worth the wait or I will be done with this company 4 life.

I think I've reached the point where I don't care anymore. Dammit...I didn't ever want to reach this point with Telltale or The Walking Dead.

  • I love the hate from majority of everyone here. It really shows Telltale how they sold out and can't make a good TWD game anymore. I mean this form was all praise during season 1 and majority of season 2. But now they have just pissed everyone off. What's being done about it? Longer wait and watch this game just be another dud in the season 3 episode fail list.

  • Oh no, I see it as canon, just not as an outright continuation that warrants the title of Season 3. I see it more as a side or spinoff story.

I wouldn't really trust the helpful reviews too much because i know for a fact that some people are liking all the negative reviews to get them to the top and disliking all the positive reviews to get them lower just because they are positive.

I think part of the reason there are more negative reviews at the moment is because of the long wait and people wanting to vent their frustration by adding a negative review, also with the obvious love of Clementine and people wanting to see her more is also making people fristrated.

It will be interesting to see if things change after episode 3 releeases but i get the feeling people will still manipulate the top reviews no matter what happens.

  • Any chance that they surprised us by adding a 6th episode (like they did for MineCraft story mode) to the season in order to make us feel better about this first episode cut into 2 ?

  • Same here, I don't even care about what happens next in the story. I'm just going to keep playing to see how much more they can fuck up.

  • Lol, good point.

They don't give a fuck about the current story line because it's uninteresting and they're here because they want telltale to improve it, so they can give a fuck about it.
