Minor episode 3 spoilers
The goofball nickname is becoming quite excessive to the point where it's cringe. In episodes 1 and 2 I didn't… more like it much but I could handle it because she said it maybe once or twice. Episode 3 on the other hand? Please, I can only take so much. She says goofball like, 9 times withing the small 20 minutes she is in the episode (took her 50 minutes to appear.) She said it more than she says his real name. Also, during the scene when you get to hug Javier... it was nice. I really like it, it was touching, she needed a hug. But then comes the dreaded "my little goofball....." That was such an immersion breaker. Had she said "I miss him" it would have been much, much more touching. Not to mention she literally said it 2 minutes ago during the flashback that just ended as she was saying goodbye to him.
I'm not sure if they are trying to go for a Lee/Clem thing with the nicknames. Like when Lee called Cl… [view original content]
Yeah, the scene where 'Gabe learns about Drew and agreed to just leave a goodbye letter for David' reusing Sarah's theme definitely raised an eyebrow. Not sure if that was a bad thing, mind you, but it was just a tad jarring.

Also, season 2's theme was reused. The main these that you get when you start up the game.
They use it when Clem is telling Javier about her past. When I heard they used the previous season's main theme I was shocked.
Can anyone please tell me what happens in the end at the church if you killed Max and went with David? Also, what if you decide to leave with Kate? Could not find these descisions in leaked footages.
Idk about Kate but if you kill Max and go with David. Lonnie (the black guy who worked with Max and Badger) will say that David commanded them to do it not Joan

Beside that, the ending is the same? I`ve been told that if you killed Max there will be a shootout instead of negotiations. I guess they are all liars. Damn. It could have been much better

So for those of you that haven't seen, cutupuss somehow got early access to A New Frontier Episode 3 Above The Law SPOILERS AHEAD
So Clementine steals drugs from New Frontier and injects them into a sick AJ. David kicks out Clementine but keeps AJ. After they said the medicine wouldn't work Clem thought AJ was dead. But when David and Clem later meet David said he bounced back and he is still alive. Do you think David lied or is telling the truth (Also side note do you think he is lying about Joan).
I'm not really sure, I don't think David is lying about AJ, but he really rubs me the wrong way.
Also, he can't be lying about Joan. Max, Badger, and Lonnie say that she's on a warpath before Javier and David confront them at the factory, so it its definitely Joan.
If you execute Max at the factory and decide to go to the church, Lonnie admits to being part of the raiding operations—under David's orders. Joan is never effectively accused of being the responsible of it, so Clint doesn't suspect of her. David reaches a breaking point and punches Lonnie in the face, knocking him out. He then pulls out a gun and aims at Clint. A guard of the New Frontier tackles Javier and the two fall on the floor. Two shots are fired.
Beside that, the ending is the same? I`ve been told that if you killed Max there will be a shootout instead of negotiations. I guess they are all liars. Damn. It could have been much better
No, that does happen. If Max is dead then Lonnie claims it was David that told them to do the raids not Joan. Joan then commands that they be taken away, one of the nf guys throws Javier to the ground then David gets pissed and starts shooting then it cuts to black. You don't see who is shooting at though.

While on the topic of soundtracks, I liked the score that plays when David and Javier incriminate Joan for being behind the raiding operations. I still haven't figured out whether it's a new one or reused.
You and me seem to have very different definitions of "quality" then. Something that "keeps going for years and years" is doomed to turn into a big pile of garbage.
i love the walking dead show and this is the best game that we have that is based on the walking dead and i hope they keep it going for years and years
The funny thing is that 95% of players (who killed Conrad) will barely see Clementine in Episode 3. If Clementine is with you then she and C… moreonrad will have some interesting interactions in this episode. I don't want to spoil anything but those who killed Conrad will miss some interesting stuff.

did anyone get the choices thing at the end. when i finished it said i needed to refresh the choices thing to see them but i did and nothing happened.
the episode was better than part 1 + part 2 but not as good as any episode from season 1 and 2

Yeeeah, admittedly while I don't mind the nickname at all, I thought that one in particular was oddly timed.
Well, for better or worse, he doesn't do that much plot wise anyway, so that's understandable.
Anyone else notice the reused music? Lots of music and tunes from season 1 and 2 were playing. I can only remember 3 new soundtracks that I heard.

Clem likes apples so that would make sense as well

To be fair, that one is actually kinda clever.
I want my Apple Juice back ;.;
It's not a bad thing, S1 and S2 musics and tunes are incredibly awesome.

I was literally about to make this thread, whatever

You're 11 pages late, my friend.

I don't mind the reused music though I do wish there were more original tracks.

Can you say anything now?
wtf
Children do bounce back if they get medical care, and Clem did get that injection into him so it's a distinct possibility that AJ pulled through.
This actually happened
Can anyone PM me where I can still watch the whole episode?
That line reminded me of this video, they're both just as equally cringeworthy to me:
It was fucking hilarious, I couldn't stop laughing.
In case you want just a little bit more from Above the Law, I uploaded another video, the entire Clem´s flashback+Javi hugging Clem
Oh, ok then. Thank you, guys!
Last nite He took a L
But episode 5
He bounce back
The more I know about the episode more I want to play it. Goddammit.
dafuq
I think David is lying too, that will be the "shock factor" at the end of the season probably
