I don't think the graphics are as bad as some people say (though noticeably lower quality compared to other MI games), but I do think they could do with a bit of a clean-up, and perhaps a less clashy/garish colour palette. But if it was remade I expect the graphics would end up being completely replaced.
Boyd as Elaine would make me much happier. I just can't get used to her suddenly going American, and deeper. In a way, I think her Escape voice still suits her to some extent, and I'd probably be fine with it if it were the only MI game to have voice overs (that said, I think Boyd does a better job bringing out the character's personality).
Maybe an optional point-and-click/click-and-drag feature should be added too. They could keep the keyboard controls that are in the original game, but just have a mouse pointer as a second option for those who don't get along with the controls.
