Who do you think opened fire at the end of Ep 3? And who took the bullet?

For those who dont know, If you killed Max then get back to Richmond, Lonnie pointed fingers to David for the raid, he and Javi weren’t taken away however, instead at the end, David went berserk and took his gun out, Javi was pushed to the ground then the screen turned black, off screen David (or maybe someone else) fired 2 gunshots.

My guess would be Lonnie and Joan who took the bullet from David. Or if its someone else, maybe Ava came back and she shot David?

Do you think its David who opened fire, and who do you think took the bullet?

  • Why would Ava shoot David? It doesn't make sense.

  • I might end up like S2 EP5 where no one gets shot. They just made it dramatic. Im sure it was Lonnie who was shooting though or the other Frontier members that were with them.

  • Seeing David as a threat

  • Plus no one else was holding a gun other than David onscreen so it prolly could be someone shooting him offscreen

  • I thought it was David. He was probably shooting at either Lonnie, Joan, or a random guard.

  • But stil, I don't think Ava would shoot David, those two met in the first days of the apocalypse and they must have a strong bond between each other.

  • inb4 Javier gets shot.

  • DITTO

    inb4 Javier gets shot.

  • Could be the Russian shoot out all over again. A time skip happens, people get swapped around and moved into different positions. Or the skip the whole thing all together seeing as how Javier is in a bad spot no matter what.

  • David shot Lonnie.

His last line ("I'll give you family!") was directed at Lonnie.

Before David pulls his gun out Lonnie says something like: "They were our family David! How could you?"

So yeah, David shoots Lonnie for being a backstabbing little weasel.

Depending on your choice no one fired a single shot in the end. But David probably shot Lonnie for being a coward.

  • As in he'll kill him so he'll be with his "family" again

  • That was my thought as well via the leak. I doubt it now and hope that's not the case.

Yeah, given her distinct anger there compared to having Max present, it's entirely possible she might've gone Mama Bear and shot David for being a threat and a hypocrite.

  • I'm guessing Lonnie or Flint got shot and possibly Lingard as well. Hopefully they don't pull the russian shootout again.
