Javier's priceless face when Kate says she needs to get laid.
That's the only one I can think of besides from Javier's hilarious quotes towards other people.
(honorable mention to Javier's/Jeff Schine's announcer voice in Episode 4's first flashback)

The guy who stabbed and struggled with Javier had the most expressionless face the whole time.

Oh, also the guy who stabbed Javi had a pink and zebra print fanny pack...did anyone else notice that?
Not the funniest but Javier's answer to Max question about pudding in Ep 1 got me.
"You ate all this pudding?"
"Yeah, me. I fucking love pudding"
Javi: Let's just say I would not invite him to my wedding.
Max: And I would not go.
Javi: Good. Because I said you wont get invited.
Gabe thinking he has a chance to get funky with our daughter.

In my playthrough I let Conrad live but then he died in episode 3. So when it came to that one infamous scene instead of Gabe telling Javi off for shooting Conrad he said something along the lines of:
"Welp since Conrads dead I guess you guys are gonna have to take me with you."
It was so out of left field and clumsy it gave me a good chuckle.

When David determinantly knocks Max unconscious and says "...I needed that." with a smirk on his face
The sequel was better imo
"What can I say? I fucking love pudding."
"They're all fucking walkers, okay!"
Those two lines are my favorite.
"Crush it" was pretty amusing
That felt super weird in my opinion.
When Kate sees Javi's Cut

That guy that got javier in the shoulder with a knife was priceless and he didn't show any expressions. Tripp getting floored by ava. Javier cursing out gabe and yelling at him.
