  • Someone's tumblr where they do modelswaps, which this one is a scene from the Wolf Among Us most likely.

    What is this from, anyways?

  • Ah, I thought it was something else, and the pose is a bit awkward in my opinion. Also yeah, probably TWAU.

  • Hmm, I don't know. Either a mod deleted the post on his own personal whim, or he queried the mod to delete his post. What was the question regarding again?

What the hell happened to @TheAutisticGamer 's question?

  • Oh, now your answer makes sense! Yeah, I can see that--it is hilarious.

  • The writing process for Amid the Ruins. If I had to guess, it may have been deleted for maliciously slandering the writers on a personal level.

  • Oh yeah, I remember now. He was querying regarding people's opinions on Amid the Ruins; whether it was shit or great. Didn't know the mods got so sensitive about naming a writer in that concern.

  • Was Conrad's body devoured by walkers if you shot him, since a bunch were about to bust into the traincar?

  • ...Eh, idk. Honestly, I think it would've been a good alternative twist if Joan had someone, perhaps Max(who was demoted to janitor dooty for his failure/confession), dredge his body up from the sewers and used it as evidence of the Garcia's untrustworthiness.

Was Conrad's body devoured by walkers if you shot him, since a bunch were about to bust into the traincar?

  • But his body was left in a train tunnel with walkers about to break through the door, especially since there was a gunshot in that scenario.

I've wondered why Rufus' body wasn't used in the display if you shot him in the back.

  • ...Good point. Probably because he wasn't important enough to warrant being retrieved.

  • He was important enough that Max brought him up by first name in front of the New Frontier leadership and nobody asked who he was like with Clementine. My headcanon is that Max and his crew buried him real fast and didn't bring the body back to Richmond.

  • Which New Frontier members were actually part of David's army unit before the apocalypse?

It's from the junkyard scene in EP1 when you meet up with your family again. Gabe hugs Mari and says something to her, though someone model-swapped Mari for Clem in the pic.

    Also, why are they ghosts?

  • What do you guys think each survivor did before the apocalypse? Not counting the ones stated in-game of course (Lee being a teacher, Kenny being a fisherman).

  • Don't know where the pic came from so I can't really say. I assume it was a transition in a video.

That's what I mean: Rufus was just a driver ordered to escort Javier to Richmond but was determinately killed by him after Clementine ran him off the road. He had no evident major connections to the Council(though I like to think he answered to Clint) or the Garcia's that would make him a perfect body to display to the public, unlike Badger, Lonnie, Max, and Lingard.

  • The fan is a girl?

Does the Baseball Fan that tries to get her ball autographed in Thicker than Water's flashback have a name?

  • As I brought up in a previous topic, everything points to that being the case:

    • The voice actor is the same one for Ava and the voice acting sounds more like it's more straightforwardly butch than a crossdressing one that would be meant for a boy character.
    • Her appearance, from the longish parted hair, the backwards baseball cap, the bright jeans, a varsity vest(not sure what it's actually called), the bright yellow shirt with a red horse on it, and her..."build"(?) suggests a very tomboyish little girl more than a bizarrely androgynous little boy.
    • And initially/ultimately, the scene itself definitely reminded me of that one scene from Space Jam.

So I'm 75% sure that was a smart/foul-mouthed tomboy girl given the tone of the scene, looking at the model, and listening to the voice. Hence part of why I previously made a joke about how she might return in the final episode to kidnap Gabe.

  • How many things could have changed if Mariana didn't die?

  • I'd wouldn't think much, given she struck me as being indifferent and even avoident of drama and conflict.

Speaking of which, I do know that, had I written the story, I wouldn't have killed her outright despite not really liking her myself.

  • Hmm, Christa never conveyed her occupation and activities beforehand, right?

Anyways, she kind of felt like a high school teacher (maybe even a gym teacher), and I believe she ran as an activity (given her clothing).

According to the wiki there is removed dialogue claiming Molly's father did it

The rise and fall of Crawford. Since telltale will never confirm this, we should make our own canons so I wanna see how Oberon died. I mean

  • I think she would have been more cooperative. Mariana is a smart girl. Unlike Kate and Gabe she managed to not get trapped in the junkyard. I wish we saw more of her. I like to think that she was saving Gabe most of the time lol.
If there is a flashback in Episode 5, I would like to see the Garcias fighting walkers side by side/the scene from the cover of Episode 1 to happen. I want to see Mari kicking some zombie ass.

We need fanfictions about her surviving more than ever. She deserved better than being shot by that piece of shit Badger!

I hope Gameover Ent makes a video "What If Mariana lived/wasn't shot". I like his theories about The Walking Dead.

  • So did David witness the devouring of Conrad?

  • I was wondering about that myself, as well as how the heck did he get so close to the door to bang on it for at least 15 seconds before Javier/Paul opened it.

    So yes.

Are there actually any Native American people in the TWD universe? I mean, any Native American characters.

Maybe our Clem got some Native American blood.

  • I think the Fairbanks family from TWD: Michonne has some native american roots.

  • She's African-American in my books, even if most disagree with this notion because "not black enuff!!!1". Wikipedia including source say so, and I agree with this source.
And as for her parents, in my books Ed and Diana are her biological parents, Ed's genes being more prominent in her later development than Diana's.

    Life can be so simple.

  • Since Mari would be alive, I feel like David would not care about the raids as much as he did in-game (he would still be against them, but solving the mystery behind them wouldn't be at the top of his priority list). This might cause the warehouse fight in EP3 not to happen, which means that Max/Badger/Lonnie would either loot more places or eventually blame David on all of them.

Also with Mari helping him out, Gabe might not do certain irrational things like almost shooting Conrad in EP2.

I don't believe you can, I've done it before on accident, and there doesn't seem to be away to do it. I'll try once more to see if anything changed.

Edit: Mhmm, still can't unspoil it, maybe the mods could remove the spoiler flag.

I believe she's African-American mixed with Asian in my conclusion. Not only does she look a bit Asian, but Melissa stated she was Black/Asian. Anyways, there's a bunch of contradicting views now, and it would've been helpful to clarify in seasons 1 or 2 what her race is.

She's African-American in my books, even if most disagree with this notion because "not black enuff!!!1". Wikipedia including source say so,
