Good/Bad Ending? (Ep.5 SPOILERS)
Which ending of New Frontier do you consider to be a "bad" ending and which one do you consider to be a "good" ending? For me, I'm gonna say:
Good Ending- Kate lives but David & Gabe die.
Bad Ending- Gabe lives but Kate & David die.
Neutral Ending- Kate & Gabe live but David dies.

I would have to agree with this, but regarding the bad ending "Gabe dies", obviously the people who like Gabe wouldn't agree with this. I wasn't a massive fan of him, and he didn't die in the gameplay I watched, that ended with the neutral ending.
Isn't there two parts in this episode where David leaves and Kate just goes missing? Just wondering, where you would fit those in your description of the endings? (If these are true)
Yeah, that's the Gabe ending. Either Kate dies and David leaves or David dies and Kate goes missing. That's a terrible ending if you ask me.
I think the best ending is David and Kate dying because it always had to be about them both of them are drama queens David just doesn't like sharing it role but then you left with Gabe that's not bad thing because you can teach him some skills and he doesn't deserve to have his hole life to be taking away.
Interesting. I can see your point, but having Kate die is dumb in my opinion. I understand if you don't like her and you rejected her feelings, but if you didn't then it'll be stupid if you just left her despite kissing her a few hours before.
David dying is the right move. Gabe dying was a perfect way to end a main character this season. It was meaningful and very emotional.
I disagree with you but I respect your opinion I mean it why there is different endings because people have different opinions that's what i don't get about Kenny and Jean it's not like we were forced into going with one of then

if you want an emotional walking dead feel ending, go with gabe and david dying. although the one with gabe alive still makes an emotional impact as well because it shows him crying and regretting shit. i personally like the one where gabe survives. i never liked kate, and david deserved to leave richmond
I liked Kenny, but I actually killed him in my 2nd playthrough after giving it some thought. I hated Jane, but Kenny's death was so emotional I had to do it. Then I left Jane.
That's actually why I went with that ending. TWD never has a happy ending, I like it when it's emotional. Not to mention Gabe and David dying and Kate living is bittersweet and kind of poetic.

Good Ending - David and Gabe living : Kate dying
or
Good Ending - Kate and Gabe living : David dying
Both are very idealistic for TWD and it honestly just depends on who you favored as to why you consider it the Good Ending.
Bad Ending - David and Gabe dying : Kate living
Utterly tragic. A lot of people will fault David for this, however Gabe admits he's the reason it all happens. He tries to stop David from leaving and causes the crash which kills them both. Telltale truly hate Gabe's character.
Good ending:Javier with Kate and Gabe alive.Max.Conrad. David dead
Bad ending:I don't really know for sure. But I would say Javier with Gabe alive. Conrad dead.Max dead.David dead
The rest are neutral I guess.
i disagree, it was david's fault in the first place forcing him to go. if they hated him so much, why didnt they just give him an offscreen death like kate or not develop him like they did in the episode?
Telltale definitely doesn't hate gabe. Look at what happened to ava, trip and kate. In the video I watched Javi and Clem find David already a corpse. They tried really hard to get people to like gabe and or feel sorry for him. Kenny, Omid, Carley and Jane didn't get good treatment with their demise but gabe gets rain and sad music and manages to talk despite his injuries and the pain he must've been feeling and he shows an act of kindness and gabe can live. Sarah nor Duck had a demise like gabe's. Neither did Mariana. If you want impact then gabe and David not living is the good ending or best ending. Kate not living would be the bad ending because of how little effort went into her demise.
Woah, hold on! Gabe can die? This is an actual possibility? How? I was under the impression that David and Kate were the only ones who could die.
If you kill Conrad and are on Clem's good side you can choose to go after Kate or David and gabe. If Clem doesn't like you and you choose to go after Kate instead of David and gabe Clem will go to rescue gabe.
Maybe you got a different playthrough than I did? Gabe wasn't forced to go in mine. He chooses to go with David, even after being asked if he's sure.
At the end of the day Gabe for all his bullshit does mean well, much like David I think. The ending I got that fits for me as a good ending is Kate and Gabe living with David having died. He really does seem like a tragic character that would have a tragic end like he did. I friggin hated episodes 1 and 2 , thought 3 and 4 were okay, but hot damn I actually really liked ep 5.
