Is it ever revealed who actually attacked Wellington? The wiki says it was confirmed to be that it was The New Frontier but I can't find anything that comfirms this.

One of the men attacking Wellington is a Member of ANF we see him at the gates end of episode 2 and we see him with his mark shooting Edith
A plot device.
I wouldn't look too much into that since telltale did a considerable amount of model reuse this season.
I still say Joan was behind it. Whether it was with the New Frontier or just some of her men it makes sense since she was all for raiding communities

I assume Wellington being attacked is the same time as Kenny death cause of AJs age and Clem being kicked out ANF was just a month after his death. ANF was only a small group at that time by the looks of things
The audio files gives more of an idea, but I don't know what it'd be called on YouTube 'unused dialogue' or something? I think the VA for Jane was in the Wellington one too.

There's still no solid evidence since we don't get a Wellington equivalent flashback in episode 4 which had time skips to the next flashback
