I swear that if they kill them off like that, I'll drink a jar of pickle juice.
They're definitely getting killed off in Season 4 if we ever see them again. The first 10 minutes? I doubt it since S4 will be mostly about Clem.
i feel that if they ever bring the garcia's back, david won't be shown. if you have him alive, he can leave richmond, leaving him unknown. he also won't come in contact with any of his family. i'm hoping that they utilize kate and gabe similar to carly and doug, even though they can both be alive in one of the endings.

Here's how I think it will go:
We won't see them for the entirety of the season.
In the last episode of Season 4, if you told Clem to bring AJ back to Richmond, the season will end with her arriving there and seeing the surviving Garcias, who will make voiceless cameos except for maybe saying "Clem!" before waving at her or hugging her. Or she will talk a bit with Javier, who will then tell her to come inside to introduce AJ to the surviving family member(s), who will not be shown.
If you didn't tell her to bring AJ back, she will go away into the sunset with him and maybe someone else (please be Jesus, please be Jesus). The Garcias won't appear.
The end.

Kate/David/Gabe are 100% dead whenever we see them next. Javi? I don't think so.
If anything TT will try and make his death actually well written.
I think we'll see Javi and the other two will get cheap deaths
Kate dies crushed by bulldozer's bucket thing, Gabe cuts himself with his playing card and bleeds out, and David gets sniped playing Counter Strike 'cause he wanted to die like a soldier.
To make our choices matter, Javi can either wear Gabe's hat, David's dog tags or 420 blaze it with Kate's secret weed stash.

They will not die at the first 10 minutes. They'll die at the ending. Sad but true.
I like your endings but I disagree with the second part... Clem should return one way or another...
"Leave him be option" does not corespond to "Never come back Clem"... Javier is just saying that just find him...if he is alright, healthy and satisfied. Leave him be and come back alone. Seeing him happy should be enough for you.
If he says bring him back, it means " he is your boy, come and bring him back with you"

Javi wouldn't even be able to hold off from the most basic judo moves, lacks the strength and energy.

I'll go even further and predict that we'll see their bodies hanging on the outside of town after the New Frontier/Random Bandits take over Richmond.

Javier's non-canon death was so oddly heartwarming. He was so calm even in death.
plot twist Javier dies at end of season 4 and Clem carries his bat Stewart around with her and eventually AJ uses it for protection along with Kenny's hat.
