Clementine and ...

Her periods.

She get it and she's 12\13 yrs old ... So she's healthy and not as sick as I thought. She does not eat much and she is very thin, is it again the logic of Telltale or is it natural anyway?

    • It's normal for a girl to get it at 12/13
    • Thin girls can very easily have normal periods
    • At most, you could question how she would be able to menstruate given the poor, inadequate diet available during the ZA. But Jane was able to get pregnant (and therefore had periods), so it's possible the body is able to adapt in situations like these.
  • Clementine also asks recent stab victims if they can help find a box of tampons while whining about how much her cramps hurt to said stab victim, even though she's been in the room long enough to rummage through several drawers and has knowledge that a drugged out doctor has been "out for a while." All the while, standing stoically over the doctor contemplating murdering him while he's completely incapacitated from the drugs, leaving the same stab victim to find her precious ass some fucking rags.

God, Clem was such a loser this season.

A shitty, boring, uneventful one unfortunately.

I am 100% sure being thin is a deadly desease.
Also I don't know why she doesn't eat much. Normal teenagers of her age eat chocolate and sweets all day long but, i'll take a wild guess and blame the zombie apocalype for limited food ressources but I am not sure about this.

  • Doesn't mean you have to turn events. The scene, as you described, didn't happen, at least not in the game I played. If you want to shit on a game, do it properly.

  • I don't need to shit on the game, it does it by itself... All I'm doing is explaining exactly what transpired in the episode. No need to get too upset at factual observations of a scene.

Just imagine her having a period in a middle of a herd.

That would've been adorable to deal with.

  • Not like it would matter though, she will never have any consequence or be placed in any real believable harm.

  • I am not a big fan of the season either. I just don't appreciate inaccurate descriptions to bolster ones owns argumentation, whether or not the topic itself is shit or not.

  • You have to remember, Clem didn't know what it was. She knew it happened, but that was it. She had no idea what it was or why it was nor did she know how to deal with it. Her bringing it up to Javi, when he asked her about her cramps, is perfectly normal.

  • Clem is 13 and seems to be at a perfectly healthy weight. Yeah she's thin but she's not skin and bones thin. She's not emaciated like a runway model. She looks good and she's within the normal range to get her first period.

  • Again, not inaccurate. It's literally what happened in the scene.

  • Again, why bring it up to a person who just stabbed and needed immediate medical treatment? It's not as if she didn't know, she acknowledged that he was stabbed, yet because Telltale are so desperate to forcibly compose any means of a bond between Clem and Javi that they'd literally pick a moment after Javi was stabbed in order to force in some lame dialogue about Clem "opening up" to him about a private matter.

You have to remember, Clem didn't know what it was. She knew it happened, but that was it. She had no idea what it was or why it was nor did

  • Leave Clem alone ... god ...

Again, why bring it up to a person who just stabbed and needed immediate medical treatment? It's not as if she didn't know, she acknowledged

  • Why? Clem has done nothing within ANF but habitually whine and act like a royal cunt to everyone and the only justification on the other end of the opinionated spectrum is that that somehow makes her more relatable?

She was absolutely flimsy, largely due to how poorly placed she was in the game and how monochromatic her character was in general.

So to answer your question... No. I'll keep voicing why she sucks an egg as a character now.

  • Again, because he asked and she didn't have anyone else to talk to. Javi was her only friend or the closest thing she had to one. Also Javi didn't seem to be in any life threatening danger. Yeah he was bleeding a bit but he wasn't writhing in pain or in danger of his arm falling off. And again, you're forgetting something. The's 13. Confused, in pain, and looking for answers at 13. And when he offered to take her to Kate she declined, told him to worry about himself first.

Again, why bring it up to a person who just stabbed and needed immediate medical treatment? It's not as if she didn't know, she acknowledged

  • i mean... javi was the one who asked her what was wrong when she got cramps and you can choose to help her or not so it's not like it forces you to deal with her getting her period. i really don't see why this scene and topic of all things, is one to get mad about bc it just shows clem is growing up and you, as javi, can choose to help her or not with understanding it.

Again, why bring it up to a person who just stabbed and needed immediate medical treatment? It's not as if she didn't know, she acknowledged

  • It wasn't the topic that made the conversation incredibly odd. It was that it wasn't with Christa, Ava, or Eleanor or if we're going off of people that Clementine hasn't spent any time with or knows well : Kate. She knows that it's a thing - so questions would logically go to one of the two doctors that she knows or someone she's used to speaking openly to. Dr. Lingard happens to be doped unconscious, but she's also familiar with Eleanor.

The incident did remind me a bit of S2 where the adults would tell Clementine to do something dangerous instead of trying to find a way to do it themselves or even attempting it. It's written that way because the writers want the player involved regardless of whether or not it works narratively. Everyone'sCleminTime has a very valid point - this might be a perfectly normal, natural occurrence that some of us deal with once a month - I don't think a single one wouldn't have told Javier ' it's nothing, or it's not important right now' in that instance.

It also doesn't necessarily have to be a discussion with another girl/woman. I wouldn't have thought a thing odd about her talking with Lee or Kenny about it if they were the ones around. It was the guy she barely met that had been stabbed that makes it weird.

You have to remember, Clem didn't know what it was. She knew it happened, but that was it. She had no idea what it was or why it was nor did
