    Eff LiS! Learn from NITW!

  • I'm going to assume you meant for this to be a reply to me. I'll copy and paste from a previous reply I left:

I find her incredibly selfish, she's rebellious and has absolutely no respect for authority, she's hypocritical, she forces Max to abuse her time powers with absolutely no regard for her well being, especially since she notices that it causes her nosebleeds and makes her pass out, she treats Max like a dog on a leash, she criticizes Max for her decisions, even if its one she told her to make, her entire friendship with Max comes off as forced as the game tries to shove her down your throat, she's annoying, she's reckless, and she constantly has poor judgment and makes stupid decisions. The worst of it is how she plays the poor victim card all the damn time. Everything wrong in her life is always because of someone else, whether it be her shitty step dad, Max leaving, or even her own father for dying in a car crash, which was out of his control. However, when you look at it, a lot of what's wrong with her life is a result of her own poor decision making, and most of it is really her fault, oh but no, it's so much easier for her to blame others for her problems, rather than take personal responsibility for them. People like that irritate me in the real world and I do my best not to associate myself with them if they can't accept personal accountability, but the game, again, forces you to hang out and be friends with Chloe, and I don't see her go through any change in this regard. And the reason why so many people like Chloe is because they feel bad for her and don't hold her accountable for her actions, they go ahead and blame others too, she victimizes herself and the fans victimize her as well. It's the pity card that this game plays with her and I don't buy it. There are plenty of people in real life who have gone through similar and even worse shit who didn't see themselves as victims and went on to do amazing things. Hell, even the game has a character like this, the cop in the Two Whales Diner says his father ran out when he was 13, and he didn't do anything that Chloe did. Instead of breaking the law, he became a law enforcer. That's always been my biggest gripe with Chloe, her lack of accountability.

I know its offtopic, but why don't you like Chloe?

  • The first episode does have bad dialogue, but it does improve, and I'd say the characters are flawed, not entirely terrible.

Don't you dare... that franchise is full of cringey dialogue and terrible characters.

  • Wait WHAT !? We play Chloe in that prequel ? No timetravel then ???
    WTF ?

  • Oh I am not saying they should learn ever since Season 1, but upon seeing ANF they definitely should rethink the writing. Kinda funny how you say bland characters when almost every single one in ANF was so LUL

Learn from LiS... Considering how much focus there was on shitty forced romance and horrible dialogue with sickeningly bland characters, I'd say that the lesson has very unfortunately been learned by the copy-cats over at Telltale.

  • You must be having your period to be on such a teen-y mood! Please don't think it is inappropiate to talk about it since this gem of a game called TWD: ANF already done it with a 30 year old male!

Please learn from them anything, be it how to make a game, trailer, or anything really. ._. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA wheezes Oh my God.

  • Lmfao!!

  • Trailer was kinda meh imo, looked pretty generic. Feel like it'll be decent but won't live up to the hype. Doesnt playing as Chloe remove the central gameplay mechanic of time control?

    Every-single one except Kate.

Her making out with Javi knowingly in front of her ready-to-cuck-in-60-seconds-ass husband automatically made me love her more than I already did prior.

Absolutely not! ANF has gone in a worrisome direction, but learning from LIS is definitely NOT the right course of action here. God help me if I see shaka brah or hella coming out of anyone's mouth or cringe after cringe on top of cringe dialogue and awkward dancing I'll commit sudoku. Leave Life is Tumblr for people who like it

  • It is an academy...which is a high school for talented students....do you actually pay attention to games or just read reviews?

Max was clearly 18 Years old and lived in a Girls Dorm.

  • I don't care anymore. I have never heard students talk like this. LIS is full of shit dialogue.
