After 4+ years, Clementine probably forgot about them a long time ago, as she's most likely seen hundreds of other people acting like that, maybe even taken part of such conspiracies, and for sure survived through enough hard times to not give a shit.
I mean, them betraying you did nothing except infuriating the player and make a room for the Lee dream sequence; also it was necessary to split the group and narrow it down to only 3 survivors remaining, for the final choice, obviously. It would matter if they did something truly unforgivable, like killed Clem, but from the story point of view there's no point of going back to three/two tertiary characters. Maybe it would make some sort of sense if Jane/Kenny was still alive, but huh, about that... You get me.

The only one I could see being alive after this amount of time is Mike. Arvo would've been dead soon after and Bonnie probably died in some clumsy fashion (if not teh icee broked). Mike was strong but kind of a coward so I don't know.
