I doubt it because I'm certain we won't see the Garcia's until the very end of the season.
Even if we don't, I'm sure him and the rest of the determinant Garcias won't have a major role.
Honestly... No, i don't like him either... i still don't have much reasons to like his character but that time he stood up to his father and stopped him from killing Fern, what he said in my gameplay: "that doesnt mean she deserves to die, that isnt the answer for everything!" i respect that, i think that was really mature. I suppose he kinda redeemed himself in the final episode.
As much as Gabe screwed up many times, he's still Javier's nephew. I always try to think how it would be to be in Javier's situation, to be in his shoes... Gabe might not be perfect but that doesnt mean he deserves to die, Javier loves him no matter what, they are family and he would never let something bad happens to him.
I have nephews, even if they screw up, i'd still die for any of them because i love them no matter what.

Wow, something I forgot about! Yeah, I wish stuff like that was more emphasized in the previous episode as well, since it was supposed to be his episode more or less..

I'd rather not see them ever again, not even Javier. But maybe a kenny/jane style flashback. that would be an appropriate ending for the Garcia story.
he still has a chance to get better in Season 4
If he shows up in season 4 i'll immediately quit the game and replay ANF to make sur… moree he dies in the end. Even if i have to make choices that would contradict my clementine's characterization. I don't want that little shit ruining clem's last appearance by showing his ugly face.
I would like it if Kenny made an appearance in Season 4 and he can live and you can take him with you in Richmond then we have the Garcia's and Kenny but that's just my opinion ._.
I wasn't talking about Gabentine but okay, I'm talking about Gabe changing and for players to forgive him maybe? Heck maybe even have an option as Clem to reject him or have a love relationship then that means it's good for Gabe haters and Gabentine shippers then we don't have to be at each other's throats :P
It's most likely due to how Bonnie is perceived as a treacherous leech who jumps from one group to another to suit her own needs, along with potentially blaming an eleven-year-old for causing the death of Luke that Bonnie herself accidentally caused when trying to rescue him, and then she's last seen trying to leave her group to die by robbing them while they slept.
Being a recovering drug addict as well is just another tip on the iceberg.
However, I personally don't mind Bonnie at all. Out of the 400 Days characters, I was the most intrigued by her character and little backstory. What I do have a problem with her is how she and Mike were both needlessly demonized into backstabbing snakes in No Going Back, just so the narrative can continue to portray Kenny in a well-intentioned and favourable light regardless of how he had behaved throughout the entire episode.

I can sorta get some bits of that(namely, determinately being angry with Clementine, which is a no-no for this fanbase), but not to the degree that it's often stated.
Bonnie, while not a favorite by any means, always just came across as someone who definitely seeks to be interdependent, willingly making accommodations for others on a regular basis, but tends to make poor life choices in trying to get by.

Yeah, while Shel was the most likable, Becca had potential as a love to hate character, and Tavia was just begging for follow-up in a bigger, Bonnie had a tragedy element to her backstory(moreso than Russell) that combined with the fact that her scenario seemed like a hook(moreso than Tavia; specifically, it seemed like a very downplayed Start of Darkness) meant she was the only other character that was truly destined for a bigger part.
And honestly, I've come to the realization that she was the one who was the Professional Supporting Character that had nothing interesting to do story-wise rather than Mike. She just stopped being relevant and thus ended up being another Nick except at the second half of the story.

I'm kinda like Bonnie, people seemed to have forgotten in Episode 5 of Season 2 when Kenny was treating Arvo like garbage, Bonnie mentioned this: ''I don't think that boy's a bad person, I just think good people do bad things sometimes and they do it a lot more nowadays with the world bein' what it is.''
I agree with Bonnie.
I don't think Ben, Sarah, and Gabe deserve the hate, I get they're video game characters but I'm just making a point.
Look at Kenny, that guy fucked up a lot and did a lot worse then all the other characters.
If you don't help Kenny kill Larry in Season 1 he doesn't help you find Clementine yet you helped him with his son!
When Sarita gets bit and you cut off her arm in Season 2, she dies and he gets mad at you and blames you for her death
He tried to kill Jane, I didn't like what Jane did, but that don't mean she had to die
Look at him now, people STILL LOVE him.
Now look at Bonnie, people hate her because she tried to take supplies from the group with Mike
More like there should've have been any overt feelings between them at all like initially and the option of potentially putting them together should've been a much later decision based on if the Garcias ever returned and fan response indicates that was a direction to go in.
Unfortunately, a lot of people hate Arvo not only because he was the first person to shoot Clementine but also because he's forced by plot to do it regardless of your choices or common. So unfortunately, despite subtle hints that she didn't trust him for the beginning, she still gets lumped in the heap for defending him and tagging along with Mike. Not to mention determinately getting mad at Clementine and outright telling Mike to forget about her both before and after she's shot.
There's also the fact that Kenny was not only a huge Season 1 character, but was also clearly a Creator's Pet who the plot constantly vindicated by having him turn out to be remotely right about things, even if it's pure coincidence or especially his own fault. He got the Wellington ending as a note to finally leave off on while other characters either died after they atoned, were killed off before they could satisfactorily make up for the more begrudging folk, or simply left under bad circumstances(Jane technically fell here for most, btw).

What the fuck!?!?
Was there ever really a reason given to truly like him? His courage maybe but even then he didn't have much experience to help with the situations he forced himself into, so his bravery was just kinda foolishness imo. He was just trying too hard to be like his Dad, and I couldn't stand his David so it was hard for me to like him. He matured a bit in the last episode though I'll give him that, but it wasn't enough to make me want to root for him unfortunately.
There was NO WAY I could've found it in myself to not hate him after he snitched on us for killing Conrad, when Conrad was the one who was holding him hostage for NOTHING.

I didn't kill Conrad so I didn't get that scene but even then I never really found anything in Gabe to be endeared by. I actually was under the impression that he was going to grow on me when I played TTB but sadly that didn't turn out to be the case

Gabe a good boy...
I read that in Travis Willingham's voice.

I disagree, I don't EVER want to see another shitty flashback....
Why won't you guys just give him a chance? Oh wait I forgot it's the internet ._.
oh yeah, sure give him another shot and let there be a chance of gabentine happening in season 4. No thanks.
If it's for the Garcias i wouldn't mind, i don't want their story having a proper ending while kenny only gets a lazy flashback. It's not right.

And we don't have to kill anybody ._.
Considering his families's appearance would likely be incredibly brief and negligible, I think you're just wasting your time.
Dang, he got banned, RIP

Wow, seriously mods? i bring you traffic to these old threads, and this is how you repay me.
._.
.-.
._.
i dont hate him but he is a fucking demon spawn from the pits of hell
.-.
As long as he exists, I will always hate him.
I want every single storage device made, to have space dedicated to this clip.
Why is this back?
because this community's hate for Gabe is eternal
*Universe
I started to like Gabe as soon as he got bit
A startling amount of people seriously want a 14 year old boy to die only for not being the best at controlling situations. That sounds bad
Well, it was the first time him trying to do help the group would have actually helped the group. Godspeed, Gabe.
Are you forgetting this is the internet ?
