The hair looks good, but apart from that it only vaguely resembles RG. For one thing, you have the eyes too close together and the forehead should be more squared and firmer. In general, everything looks too rounded. His cheekbones are not nearly as well defined as they should be and his cheeks are too plump.

I'm sorry but I can't take this seriously. He looks like a hobo on acid. Not that I'm saying that it is a bad painting! The hair looks impressive but his head... He looks like someone threw an anvil in his face.
