as long as it ends clems arc with her reuniting with kenny wherever and give us the option to return his hat and kenny hugs aj (the dream team) please give me this telltale
Some old mustache guy? Lol. I’d rather be with someone i have known and trusted for a few years than some selfish, pregnant/depressed woman i’ve only known for a few days
He didn’t know she was pregnant so how can one be a hypocrite if they don’t know that? Clementine didn’t know either until AFTER Jane killed herself...AND THE BABY SHE WAS PREGNANT WITH! So yeah if you want to criticise someone, lay into Jane for killing her own child
Any reemergence from any surviving s1 character would warm my heart but it goes without telling that it has to fit in well with the story. I wouldn't mind Kenny coming back as long as it's done well.
i just want kenny to return as a cameo at the end thats all cause i like him , clem and aj together while for jane supporters maybe she will appear if left with her child and being ditched by clem helped her realiaze how her way drew people further away so she doesnt kill herself but has the baby instead but i would rather kenny appearing with his hat (if left at rest stop) or without it (wellington ending) anyways kenny supporters try and spread this so telltale writers could possibly consider doing this.
I feel like the main reason why everyone (including myself) wants more of Kenny is because of his role in S1. The way I see it, there's a fair amount of story left in him. There's no debate that S1 is golden, from character development to storyline. The rest of the installments weren't as top notch as S1. ANF was just an intermission or side story, as well as 400 days in my opinion. Or like Michonne's story. They were just added to keep us preoccupied while TFS (the real story after S1) was being crafted to carry on. It can also be argued that Kenny is Clementine's "legal guardian" and he should continue on with her for her last stand. So to not have him included in the finale (if he's still alive in your story) is ridiculous.
You can't even defend that stupid excuse. Look what @dan290786 said. There is no reason to call Kenny hypocrite because he killed a pregnant woman without knowing she was. You have no one to blame but Jane herself.
Doubt it. Telltale tend to just lie about what their new games will entail most of the time. They’d end up ruining his cameo anyway so it’s probably best not to
@AronDracula most Kenny haters are only cumming in their pants whenever they find something negative to say about Kenny. They can’t help themselves and are never happy even once moaning about him lol. This was just as bad as an excuse from @cutupuss- as you can possibly get though. At least some haters can be excused for their hatred.

Knowing Telltale, they probably had something planned long before this thread was a thing. Now whether they actually bother with it is another matter.
There's the whole thing regarding the hat, at the very least.
From what I remember, here are all of Kenny's exits:
Kenny's 'death' after mercy killing Ben
Kenny's 'death' after saving Christa
Kenny's death if he is shot by Clementine to save Jane
Kenny's abandonment if Clementine walks away with AJ after he kills Jane
Kenny leaves Clementine in Wellington's care
Kenny leaves with Clementine instead of entering Wellington
Kenny's death after his car lessons goes horribly wrong
Seriously, this guy has so many exits it's starting to get a little hard to take seriously. There's only so many tragic ends you can make before they start to become a parody of sorts.
Jesus christ why do all you Kenny lovers get so triggered if someone says one thing against some shitty character? He was designed to be different to people depending on their choices, not my fault I saw him as a shitty character after the whole of season 1 I sided with him apart from like one choice and at the end he says I was "never there for him" and that I should "find clementine by myself" what a selfish prick he was. He didn't even care for any of the cabin survivors from season 2, practically stole Rebecca's baby, didn't give any thanks to Jane when she came back and saved his ass from the russians, at their start of the fight she put her knife in her pocket and told kenny not to go near her but He started the fight by charging at her for no reason. Oh let me guess? cuz she apparently killed AJ? No, where did she say that at all, all she said was "he's gone", kenny went out to look for AJ and then came back in anger as if to suggest that he'd found the dead baby which obviously he hadn't and he's got some serious anger issues so all of that added up to me being happy to kill that bitch.

To be honest, the "bashing Kenny" part of Jane's flashback really bugged me. I mean, I understand where they were trying to go with the shot at Kenny (pun definitely intended), but it kind of felt... out of place. There were a bunch of alternatives they could've went with, while still having an emotional impact and keeping things more heartfelt. It kills me to say this, since admittedly I'm a huge Jane fan, but I think I liked Kenny's flashback more. I dunno... somehow it felt more genuine, more like we were saying goodbye to an old friend. Jane's kind of left me wanting a bit more - that whole introspective, vulnerable side that she was showing? Where she started opening up to Clem about her self-doubts and anxiety? Fucking brilliant! I live for that kind of shit. That whole dialogue alone made me appreciate episode four so much more than if they had left it out. But the Kenny bit earlier actually kind of made me uncomfortable.
One thing I've started to notice a little though, is that although the two of them might seem like polar opposites (and admittedly they do differ in a lot of ways), I think they both ended up leaving some pretty decent lessons within Clem that's helped shape her into the person she is now. Family from Kenny, and survival (maybe independence) from Jane. Those are debatable qualities, but I think that was my main take-away from replaying season two for like the billionth time.
I really find it frigging hilarious though that we're still arguing about this today. Jane and Kenny fans bicker like an old married couple

Though in that particular scene, it was less tragic and more shocking that Clementine was even given the option to gun down Kenny on the spot like that.
Eh, yeah sorta. I get what they were going for there, but yeah, it is something of a sudden dark turn if you're not expecting/down with it.
The fact that there's no similar option with Jane doesn't really help.
Damn, I forgot about that one.
Though in that particular scene, it was less tragic and more shocking that Clementine was even given the option to gun down Kenny on the spot like that.
I think the writers had intended the scene to play out as if Clementine was starting to become like Kenny in that instant, killing someone in a fit of rage, but the execution (no pun intended) was rather awkward and would make Clementine appear out-of-character.
It does make a little more sense as to why Clementine wouldn't shoot Jane instead of Kenny, given that she saw that Kenny was constantly on the offense during the fight, wouldn't listen to reason and was the most motivated in killing someone, and was generally acting more and more unstable around Clementine and Jane when it came to AJ.

Oh really? Cause I always just saw it as Clementine realizing Kenny is officially dangerous and out of control and should just be put out of his misery as soon as possible. After all, she points the gun at him ready to fire but obviously doesn't actually wanna do it despite knowing she kinda has to now.

Yeah, I understand that Like, the removal of the option to shoot her during the fight was stated to be a way of balancing the percentages by further highlighting Kenny as the dangerous one.
However, it still stands that there are multiple opportunities to kill Kenny for either trying to or succeeding in killing Jane, but there's no option for her to strike Jane whatsoever. Especially given what she had wrought throughout her screentime and the fact that she put Clementine and AJ in the situation they're in before the determinant endings.

We do get a verbal telling off to Jane, which is harsher than how she responds to Kenny if the two discovers AJ alive instead of Jane. But yeah, you're right, Clementine doesn't do much to Jane beyond shouting at her and walking away with the baby and leaving Jane.
Besides, it's not like Clementine can drop AJ, get the gun, and then shoot Jane while she stands around watching her every move.
Besides, it's not like Clementine can drop AJ, get the gun, and then shoot Jane while she stands around watching her every move.
Didn't she already have the gun in hand, though? After all, it's not like she tells Jane off only to walk off with AJ and no reliable way to defend them.
Also, for the reason, that last part sounds really funny, for some reason.

You mean about the part after shooting Kenny where she had the gun and before AJ was found alive and well? Maybe the option to kill Jane after killing Kenny would make Clementine look like a psychopath, and it wouldn't make much sense to try and kill Jane when the point of killing Kenny was to stop him from killing Jane.
I can't remember much about the S2 endings anyway. Sorry.

No, I mean after she hears AJ and Jane explains everything. By that point, Clementine had picked up the gun and shot Kenny, he said his last couple of words, and then there was a moment of silence before Clementine heard AJ crying and made a dash towards his location.
Basically, she realizes all their lives was endangered because of Jane duping them and was understandably pissed in response to learning that after having to kill Kenny. And yet, there wasn't an option to shoot Jane there in parallel to the choice to shoot Kenny despite the ramifications of what she had done to the group.

In that case I don't really know why the option to kill Jane wasn't there, when we were given the option to kill Kenny after he kills Jane. Maybe the writers didn't really consider the option at the time.

agreed also kenny teaches clem how to drive and look out for the people she cares about , does jane NOOO!!!!!!!!

Kenny is such a hypocrite "how could you kill a fuckin child" then the fucker goes and stabs a pregnant woman
kenny didnt know she was , hell no did until season 3

anybody reckon telltale will even bother seeing this and consider a kenny cameo determinant return ending reunion.

yeah i just believe they should have a more impactful exit considering hes in the top 3 main characters of the series
Even though he's already had like 5 different exits now.
K
Seven exits, if you count Season 1.
Oh damn, I missed two?!

This was what made a new frontier worth playing
Also this is what made life worth living
Woah, melodramatic much?
Unless we're maybe talking about a character like Carver or Badger, how the fuck does being insane equal being a monster?
Ok now you re just baiting people. Especially if we talk about the person who made that video...

I guess Telltale did something right with those characters. Any reaction is better than no reaction.
General warning: Let's tone it down here guys, specifically, not making hostile generalizations about a character's fan base. No need to be childish.
Actually 8, if you let him kill Jane then shoot him right after.
You just don't get it, man.
Down with the Patriarchy and Shit!
kenny cameo reunion in series finale is what we need
