This is good. I'd love TTG...errr...T(I guess, now) to implement a route system.
While this established system does have it's pros and cons(100% due to writing), I feel it's a good way to go. Hopefully, it's something we get. I think Telltale has the writing(both current, and the prospected talent that they are attracting) to do great things.
You have the console fanbase, which are not used to this system, to impress. I really do feel that this is the natural progression of Telltale games and that doing this with a western audience(which is largely unfamiliar with the concept) would garner some much needed attention.
Batman S2 felt like a tease in this direction. I just see Telltale teetering on the cusp. They have the ability to copy a niche market and bring it mainstream. They still have that ability in their grasp.

I'm embarrassed to admit that more often than not I've mistaken Telltale with TT, when just seeing some game news headlines. Just the other day I was like "Wait, Telltale's making a Lego game?"
Poptart, do you know if any of these difficult choices involve having Clem marrying Gabe? Because if so...

Honestly that tweet from Pete Hawley has broke my heart. I am quite scared as to what sort of fate Clementine will have in The Final Season. I really really hope that she survives and has a somewhat "Happy" ending to the story that I have loved, treasured and adored. Clementine and The Walking Dead have changed my life so much so it would be tragic to see Clementine, who is my favourite character of all time in all of gaming to meet a sad and tragic ending
Can you tell us what month the first episode might be released? Since it was announced that the series finale was going to be released in the second quarter of this year, I'd kind of been expecting news of an imminent release since April. Well, since March because I'd been optimistic about an April release.
Telltale's CEO teases that there will be heart-wrenching decisions and that choices will truly matter.... "fanbase" proceeds to immediately joke about Gabentine, an ex-employee's comment from years ago, and AJ being killed off for being annoying.... proceeds to immediately scare off the one employee who regularly comes around to interact with the forums. GG guys
But in all seriousness, I'm very excited after seeing this tweet. This series was founded on difficult and heart-breaking choices and it sounds like they're going to be featuring some choices with real consequences and branching pathways, ala Batman TEW. Can't wait for this to finally come back or to at least get a release date.
It was originally set for spring then it was delayed until summer, but it seems like Telltale forget they even announced a seasonal release date. I'm guessing it'll come out late December or early 2019.

Came here to see if it had made its way to the forums yet You're quick!
In before Mr. J Job's near tearjerking experience gets brought up.
I've been keeping a watchful eye for updates! I'm excited and terrified!

DONT YOU DARE! IF SHE DIES I'LL........
I will... cry???
Hmmm I hope nothing happens to Clem, but why do I have a feeling our little sweatpea is going to die
What's sweet about an agressive, antisocial homicidal teenage girl???? She stopped being sweet in season 2
I hope AJ rests in peace soon
LMFAOOOO. why do you want him to die????
It'd be nice for a release date confirmation......just food for thought.
My favorite company; Tell.
Pretty much. I guess they stopped using TTG as a moniker, and Tt is another company...
I'm honestly bored of him being the plot for 2 seasons and this one.......
Wow, now that you brought it to my attention, i actually feel that. Kind of wish his whereabouts were unknown now.
Are any of you posting on YouTube or have posted? I'd like to see your playthroughs.
ANF does not count...we had no say in her development....I say forget what happened in s3...because I think the devs will.

Welp, RIP Clementine (;___;) , AJ and pretty much everyone in TFS.
Which is an easy way out and kinda lame, honestly.
Yeah but when it takes all license away from you and makes your favorite kid into a butthole...it sortta deserved forgetting
Hm.

I imagine Clementeen marrying the grave at least 3x more than even considering a relationship in general.
Spoiler Alert: I'm pretty sure that "Accident" already happened. LuL
>Clem marrying Gabe
>Difficult choice
Wow, either you forgot to add a proper response or the editting clearly fucked you over.
Oh no, I was just using everyone's favorite meme arrows
The answer is no.simple......
Doubt even walker Lee would give away the bride ? in that case.
I’m betting that the “heart wrenching choice” will involve AJ in some way.

I hope so

TBF, I'm not scared off... just busy...
Yeah, sorry bout that. I tried to hang a lampshade and just cut on the light.
They are valid points and aren't just for the sake of bitching mind you everyone has his opinion on this the world ain't butterfly and roses.
