Telltale are likely going to upload the demo in their timezone which is PST (current time there 2:06 PM Sunday) and they tend to update steam related stuff at around 10am PST, so I wouldn't get your hopes up for it to drop in your timezone anytime soon. I could be wrong though.

Wallpapers isn't bad really, I have been hoping they would put out a group shot of Clem and all the delinquents, kind of like a class picture with Battle Royale overtones.

Why? If it was a demo, maybe, sure but... there is no official confirmation that it's a demo. It's called a "surprise" for a reason, meaning only the developers know what it is but they stay silent about it so far.
At this point my bet is for either some type of merchandise to buy, free wallpapers from their games or maybe some giveaway. I guess we'll have to be patient and wait to see what it is.
We know what the surprise is. We've known since Friday if you got that email, its the PC demo. Makes me wonder how early that email really went out tho.
