Wow you really did go through everyone didn't you? XD There was also alot more than I thought o.O
I agree with the majority (Think it's pretty safe to say the majority have died one way or another.)
These are the one's I think are still alive (or at least would like to believe they are); Christa - We never see her die so until we see her corpse, I will refuse to believe she died. People can survive gunshots and Kenny got 'real lucky' so why can't she? Although I will always prefer Omid, Clem spent most of her time with Christa. I'd like to think they'd be able to reunite one day. However unlikely it may be. Molly - I would have loved to have seen more of Molly. She's definitely proved she has the skills to survive so there's no way she's dead. Lily - Like Molly, she has the skills to survive and I strongly suspect we haven't seen the last of her so... Bonnie & Mike - I know realistic both of these are dead (Bonnies Determinant and Mike could have been if the shooting option had been left in game) but despite them both running off with all the supplies, I still want to believe they are alive. If I had my way, I would have chosen to go with them instead of being stuck with Kenny or Jane so... Vince, Russell & Nate - Not too bothered about Nate personally, but I believe they've all shown they have the skills to live. Wyatt & Eddie - I just really like Eddie, and again. However unlikely it may be, want them to reunite.

I think Eddie is dead, either got killed by the reanimated cop he killed or killed by Nate if he stays in the car leaving Wyatt alone.
Im pretty sure Molly and Nate are alive, also in my ANF playthrough Lingard, Gabriel and Javier are still alive and Kate is a walker, so for me is good how it is.
I really hope and I like to think that Eleanor is dead.
I think they handled Christa's fate in a clever way. They put her in a situation she likely wouldn't have been able to get out of but technically there is a slim chance she could have survived which allowed the possibility of her returning should Telltale decide to being her back.
That said, I headcanon that Christa didn't survive the encounter with the bandits. As Clementine is running away you hear struggling then a gunshot and the sound of the fighting abruptly stops there. If it had been Christa who was getting the upper hand on the bandits the sound of the fighting shoudn't have stopped so abruptly. Christa managed to knock one of the bandits unconscious before she was shot. She died but she went down fighting.
Kate went missing in my game and although your theory that she is now wandering with the herd is most plausible and a somewhat fitting end to her arc, I still insist that if we don't see a body then she could be alive. My Javi still holds that hope but not knowing for sure really kills me.
I didn't get the Wellington ending but for those that did I don't think Kenny committed suicide. I'd like to think he went to Florida and found a new group and a new foreign girlfriend lol.
I'm almost positive that Eleanor is still alive. In my game, Lingard is dead and Javi didn't step up to lead Richmond so I think that Eleanor would be the one who is basically in charge now.
Vernon's whole group is dead except for possibly Clive, who likely went with Roman whenever they turned bandit.
The 400 Days crew is likely still alive. Those who were at Howe's probably helped each other escape the herd, and those who stayed at the campsite were more survival minded and are fine. Vince, Shel, and Becca stayed behind in my game and my head canon is that they've been surviving together this whole time.
Arvo is likely still alive and I wouldn't be too shocked to see him in the final season so Clem can get her revenge.
You meet Lily and have an option to kill her at the prison while The Governor attacks for the second time IN a mobile TWD game. Even if she stays alive, I think she gets caught in the crossfire anyway.
I think Christs was kidnapped by the bandits and is being held with the twins. And I think that's why we were told that well meet someone from Clementine's past.
That cop dude at the beginning might come back. I think this because you can tell AJ he'll meet a cop one day. I think it's foreshadowing. If it isn't though, I still think he's alive somewhere.

I want Nate to come back.
Her present day arc began with her and Javi looking at the herd. She was tracking the herd and completely scared of it catching up to them, all she wanted to do is was keep moving. "It catches up to us and, 'peace asshole!' Can't charm your way out of that one".
By episode 5 she decides to stay in New Richmond to fix her mistakes, she ends up saving the town but is lost in the herd that she was so desperately avoiding. Whether logical or righteous or not, it finally catches up to her and then 'peace, asshole'.

Not to mention the fact that Road to Survival is not canon for any of the comic/game characters. Lilly Caul's fate is canonically explored in the Walking Dead novels (which I do not recommend).

Like others have said I don’t care for most of the characters listed. The majority of the 400 days characters all died at Howe’s (in my playthrough at least). I do want to believe Eddie is alive and out there though (damn that Amid The Ruins slide). Molly is definitely alive in my eyes. I do still think Javier is alive, but I just don’t think he’s in Richmond anymore. Christa got shot by that one bandit in the woods back in All That Remains. Not to mention if you try sneaking away, she’ll get stabbed and all you’ll hear is one single gunshot. Not even a struggle. Sucks because although she was bitter, she still stuck it out with Clementine.
Gotta agree with most of these, whether it be because they're so minor it's pointless to try and expand on their original purpose, or it's just the most likely option based on their character traits. Just a couple I slightly disagree on, even though in the end most of them still end up with the same fate as said here.
First off the list, Kenny.
Now for this one I ultimately agree that the guys dead, but I don't think he directly put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger. Rather, he just became reckless and was either killed by the hands of another human or got bitten. Guy was getting up there in years by ANF time as well, with no one else he could truly trust left by his side, I definetly don't see him being alive by the point we're at now, 8ish years into the apocalypse.
Again, someone I believe is dead as well but slightly wish wasn't the case would be Andy St.John. Truthfully I guess one could say that he really did have nothing left to live for by the end of starved for help, but the characters always interested me. Alas he probably died all those years ago on that dark and stormy night.
Christa is a character I'm still not sure on, but as much as I'd like to see a familiar face, Christa most likely died somewhere down the road like Kenny. However, Christa definetly wasn't as unhinged as the former, it's possible that perhaps Clementines words before about finding a group/the subsequent raid changed her views on groups and after trying and failing to find Clementine (although in truth I'm not sure if Christa would ever give up on the search, considering the fact that she spent the most time with the girl) she eventually found new people she could put her trust in and kept on living, for the sake of everyone she knew before.
Personally I'd flip Eddie and Wyatt around, I believe Wyatt met his end soon after Howe's fall, whereas Eddie was planned for something with that Amid the Ruins slide. Whatever that was, the world may never know, indeed it's always possible he would've died if he showed up in the episode but, we currently and most likely for a long time have no info on that episodes concepts so nothing's set in stone.
Babies are a plot point I'm not a big fan of, that opinion being strengthened when I think on how Jane most likely ended up dead because of her pregnancy. However, assuming she killed the fetus one way or another, she'd be right back to square one, on her own with no one to watch her back. Assuming she continued to go down this road and didn't join a group, she'd most likely get killed by something down the line, being a loner just doesn't work, especially as the years pass by in the apocalypse.
In all honesty, Randy's family most likely just got rejected from Wellington shortly before they met Jane/Clementine, had gone through the supplies they were given, probably hadn't eaten for a couple of days and were desperate as all hell.
Somewhere down the line they were indeed killed due to having a fairly large amount of supplies. And if Clementine and Jane weren't at Howe's, then I could potentially see them still being alive, as they could settle down in the former community assuming they don't have people come by and pull what they pulled and end up robbing them.
Lastly, I'd like to believe Max is still alive, the guys crafty. It's highly likely after all of the fallout died down at Richmond he came back and explained how he helped bring down Joan if you chose that option for him, Javier could confirm it and the guy would be let back in easy. He probably killed Lonnie himself down the road to ensure his survival/being let back into Richmond.

I'll try to gather my thoughts.

I thought tavia's death is that she fell at the rooftop of the howe's and got killed by walkers...
...
That's because that scene was removed. She should've died at the start of episode 4 after dealing with sarita.
Oh, is that when it was supposed to happen?
I assumed Bonnie was the one to kill her.

As a great low budget, oddly shapped 3-D computer animated character that once said: "OOOOOH HA HA HA MMMMMMMMMM! SPLENDID!"
Someone should do Jane if Clementine left her. I would but I don't feel like writing a lot this time.
I feel like she would have died anyways, with her being pregnant.
