Silence is not really a valid option.
When you stay silent when Marlon has a gun pointed at you he'll say “This is for Brody"
And shoots her.
Theirs other countless silent options that can get you killed, but the point is that being a silent can get you killed...(Mostly).

Some situations can't be valid lol there are consequences.
Would you really be silent in that situation though? That's like asking to be shot.
