So Mike ''ambushed'' Christa originaly...
Right? I remember interviews about it, I do wish they kept Christa in Season 2 because they seemed to had build something up for her in the beginning but then she never came back and was forgotten. Something in me is happy that she didn't return after Episode 1 because that would mean ''I got lucky real lucky'' but I also wanna know what happened to her after EP1.
So anyone... Do you know the original plan:)

I recall seeing a comment claiming that the developers once said that what happened with Christa was planned to be revealed in No Going Back, but it didn't.
This is why you don't have a bunch of people who don't communicate well w each other write separate episodes
It's in a podcast interview with Mike's VA, and Mike's model being the only complete recycle (with "Ralph's") backs this up along with what we witnessed audibly.

To add to this, there were cut choices left in the files of episode 5 which mention Christa
Really now? That's interesting.
Well I know that Mike's mangled ear was supposed to be from the gunshot. You hear it early on in the woods while Clementine is running. Christa shouts, there's what sounds like a punch, then a shot. That was supposed to be the bullet grazing Mike's face, disfiguring him on that side somewhat.
Clementine would be put in a position to forgive him for his actions or not.
Graysonn's video revealed that there's actually a voice clip of him getting hit that wasn't used as well.
