if James dies.
So i was replaying episode 2 and an idea popped up in my mind: You remember how there s the scene where you get to appeal to him by distracting the walker or killing it? What if they kill off James and you later encounter him as a walker with the game giving you the exact same choice?

What if a walker we distract ends up killing a raider, or a school kid?

Of course, given that he's both an experienced herd sneaker & war survivor and the only source we had of what the Deltas' motivations are, I think they just might do so.
