I think it’s actually the other war around, Walt Disney was clearly a time traveler and saw the Telltale logo on his trip to the future which he stole for his Mickey mouse design.
Disney clearly copied Telltale, (Walt Disney was a time traveler using his time travel device is hidden in club 33) who went to the future and saw how awesome the logo shape was want totally ripped them off.
