I decided to mail support and got a reply and the DVD in my cart within 24 hours.
I emailed support about it. Seems the only fail-safe way to get the disc. (now if I can just find a deal to get the S1 Disc for $10 or less my collection will be complete! )

I'm pretty sure the coupon isn't working for anyone. It's not working for me either, but just posting that doesn't really help anymore - if the code DOES work, THEN it would mean something, but it seems that right now it's not working for anyone.

I get a page saying "Your cart is currently empty!" and nowhere to put the code. Help please.
Add the S2 DVD to your card first (going to "games" then "Sam and Max" and choosing the S2 DVD) then go to the checkout and put in the code in the coupon box
I never got my coupon but I enter the order number on the product page in the store and it changes the price to 0. But once I add it to my cart it returns to the normal price - the 50% sale. I was hoping to get it with the free shipping this weekend. Anyone have any suggestions or will I need to wait until they return to work on Monday?

Do I have to pay the shipping twice if I add the Sam and Max Season 3 DVD to the order?
