No free SB dvd

In the store, when I click on the $0,00 Strong Bad dvd I get a "We don't see a qualifying Strong Bad game on your Telltale account" message, while I own the entire season as you can see on the My Games page. I want to order this real soon, so please help!

    Send an email to support@telltalegames.com, they should be able to sort you out with the DVD. It would probably be helpful if you include your Strong Bad order number (should be under the "Stuff You've Bought" section of your Games page). Bear in mind that a bunch of their people are at PAX, so you might have to be patient over the weekend.

    Entering the order number on the product page doesn't work either, because for some strange reason the SB order "doesn't qualify".
