No free SB dvd
In the store, when I click on the $0,00 Strong Bad dvd I get a "We don't see a qualifying Strong Bad game on your Telltale account" message, while I own the entire season as you can see on the My Games page. I want to order this real soon, so please help!

Entering the order number on the product page doesn't work either, because for some strange reason the SB order "doesn't qualify".
What is your ticket number?
