Full Season Collector's DVD

Does anyone know if I am eligible to get the Collector's DVD if I purchased my TMI via Steam?
I want those extra goodies! :D

    You can get the DVD with all the extras if you buy from TellTale, or get a retail version (if you live in Europe), or, since recently, if you buy it from GOG.com. No goodies from Steam.
