Molly hinted to be in Season 2?

  • Sorry, Mr. Cat, but it has nothing to do with Molly's genitals. Her possessing testicles would not mean she would not severely break the mood when she suddenly vanishes behind the counter only to mysteriously reappear behind you or somehow coaxes semi-intelligent people armed with guns to get within kung-fu range rather than simply telling her to put her hands up from a distance. Nor would her crazy parkour skills, clambering about the city with an ice pick, be any less a blatant appeal for the audience to see her as some sort of ultimate badass loner without bothering to explain why some random person in Savannah would have such exaggerated zombie apocalypse survival skills.

She would be a perfectly acceptable character in a superhero comic or an action movie. She is in neither of these things. She is a character in a genre which, by its very nature, flourishes best precisely based upon how ordinary its protagonists are, how desperately they have to cope with and adjust to a reality like nothing they ever expected. And no, nothing about what she has between her legs has anything to do with that.

Another one thinks Molly was overpowered. Women in a zombie apocalypse has to be the victim, right? Without gun girl dies - is that what you t

  • I felt Molly was ok as a one off appearance. I mean, she carried that battery around for me, so I can't hate her for lessening my workload. I don't think I'd like to see her become a regular though, she felt too badass with her parkour and ice pick destroying all the zombies.

  • I suppose everyone has their own interpretation. Personally it may have been the way that the interaction with Molly was set up that tended to bother me.

Characters like Kenny and Lilly could act brash, but it was in a manner where we're usually allowed to form our own judgements about them (i.e. we can sympathize with them, disagree with them, tell them where to stick it, etc.). With Molly I didn't really get that feeling. Her attitude was usually played up more for laughs or to make her look cool than it was to reflect realistic strife between people.

Hence the snarky comments when she's considering to leave us to die, or when Kenny's screaming about the death of his family.

Wow I didn't realize there were so many Molly haters out there lol I can admit that her brash personality might be a turnoff to some, but I

  • We don't know much about her background, but maybe she has athletic background and she has been mountain climbing for years. People have crazier hobbies than that. In real life there are plenty of people who could pull all kinds of athletic stunts which I can't do and none of them are super men or women.

  • Do you realize that there are people who killed Molly, right?

  • Unless Lilly started growing hair on her arms, I doubt it's her.

Chances are, it's a new character. And the look on Clementine's face suggests that she's scared of him.

What if it's Lilly than? Wasn't she in the military?

  • I think that her fate was left open even if you shoot her.

  • Maybe it's someone from 400 Days?

Ah, I thought you could shoot her in the head.

  • That's not Molly's hand, but I really do wish that she would return.

  • I don't think she was overpowered :/ I've been watching parkour/free running on youtube because it looks amazing - some of them can get up walls over twice their height. I would probably splat into it, or be asking them to throw a rope down xd. I don't think they're 'overpowered'. Just because our character can't do something her character can doesn't mean she's overpowered.

  • I would love to see her return in Season 2 but it looks like that is a different character.

  • The use of her axe as promotional material in another game provide evidence that, while she may not be the guy in those pictures, she may well appear.

At least, we know Telltale haven't forgotten her.

  • Could that be the stolen flashlight from 400 Days?

  • I like how people have said that if she was shot in episode 4 she dies.

Incase you've forgotten, she's superman and can escape any situation because of the failed writing. And she's invincible.

Molly confirmed for season 2. She needs a shave though.

  • Or it's just, y'know, 'a' flashlight :p

Could that be the stolen flashlight from 400 Days?

  • Lee can beat her up though, she clearly isn't superman or invincible.

  • I don't know, Molly would always have Hilda with her. I mean that thing is like Thor's hammer, she never leaves it behind( though I wouldn't be surprised if Hilda is the source of Molly's incredible moves and strenght).

  • I think Molly could make a nice cameo in Season 2, but nothing more than a cameo.

  • Neither am I.

I was okay with Molly's personality and her voice acting. But that the ninja acrobatics were way over-the-top, and a bit distracting. Other than her human characters behave a bit realistically and that is one of the things I liked about TWD. Molly just stood out as an exception.

Molly is the one character that should either be left behind in S1, or reduced to a walker cameo. I'm really not a big fan of hers. At all.
