I don't think the 'guns' are enough proof. Telltale has used both suicide people from episode 5 on episode 1 s2 in the ending. So reusing models is very common.

Gonna have to disagree, OP, and say that it's probably just a reused model at this point. The theory, however, IS interesting. I'm still hoping for Kenny to be missing an arm or something if he shows up, though.

However my new theory is a gun swap. no matter what the evidence it is HIGHLY unlikely that 3 people in the same city have THE EXACT SAME GUN. and you say that lillys and lees are similar without realisng
Carley's death proved to be ironic, as she was killed by the very gun that she had used to defend herself during and before the zombie apocalypse.
Although Carley has been known not to lend her personal gun to anybody else, Kenny and Lilly were seen using it for the earlier part of Episode 3. How her gun had managed to get in to the hands of the other survivors is not known, but it is assumed that Lilly made everyone hand out their weapons to her for safekeeping as a general rule, this is supported by the fact that the hunting rifle is present in Lilly's room when Lee discusses the issue about having a traitor in the group with Lilly.
After her death, Lee keeps her gun for the rest of Episode 3, presumably as a memento of her.
Her gun was used by Lee when he taught Clementine how to use a firearm.
Lee dropped her gun while trying to climb the drop ladder in the manor, the last memento of Carley being lost. (If Ben is alive, he will get it for you.)
It is a great thought theory but telltale reuses model's like crazy I mean come on man. this is just more fuel for the kenny bandwagon. I really hope it isn't him.
The gun is probably a case of reused models but I did hear something strange in the room and always thought it was weird that we could interact with the door but not open it

Like Ellias said, it's not uncommon to reuse gun model. Take Lilly's and Lee's for example.

What do you mean 'proof'? The fact that telltale reuses models almost the majority of the time is proof enough.
