Interesting. TBH I'm not at all invested in this debacle, I just found it curious Euan was wanting them to look up information to prove themselves wrong after she couldn't do it herself :P
Not a good shot, but at least the resolution is from this era. About as much as I am willing to do to find a decent pic. Not going to replay episode 4 for a silly picture.
I'm not really with either group here but why is everyone dismissing theother parts of the theory besides the gun? The point being it all ties together, this isn't just the gun. This theory totally feels like something Steven Moffat would do though
Kenny or not, there was definitely something going on with this noise and the mysterious door, and I doubt Telltale created this mystery only to never solve it.
So besides one person from season one still living at this point other than Lee, Clem, Christa, Omid (all characters who we know were definitely not behind that door) who will tell it to Clem in s2, I don't see how we'll be able to find out.
Not sure if people are trolling or actually believe this. I think its both. Im not saying Kenny won't return but I am 100% that if he does it was not through this story.
They use the same copy-and-paste zombies, what makes you think they don't have the same copy-and-paste guns? The bandit's had the exact same pistols in Episode 3...

The gun being the same model doesn't mean much, but the rest of the theory is pretty compelling. I wondered about that thing with the door too. It really seems like Clementine is trying to rush you out. If she saw Kenny apparently killed and tossed in the room, she could be trying to spare Lee and herself the sight of him as a walker.
If the points given are true (Episode 5 is too emotionally wrecking for me to replay and check), then this is a very good theory. I haven't been convinced, but this is quite plausible, and if it turns to be the real thing, this person deserves applause. The gun part seems the most sketchy, what with TTG reusing whole people models for corpses in S2E1 from S1E5. It's easily possible they are just reused models. Still, even without that as evidence, the theory still stands quite well. Good job.
Also, if the gun part is true, then it adds some new depth to the Stranger. Kenny probably had no more bullets, and so the stranger may have be using an empty gun all along. Wait, no, Clementine did have bullets in the gun. Oh well, more speculation fodder, at least.
1) There were walkers in the marsh house. You know what some walkers do? Drag themselves along the floor. Even if it wasn't, it was likely the Stranger fiddling with something involving Clem's being tied up, or dragging himself under something to hide.
2) Intriguing, but Clem would've said something if it were Ken, and if it's the door I'm thinking of. If not, please let me know which door it is.
3) And Shel is holding Carley's gun. Reused models. Reused models everywhere.
I just hope Telltale doesn't pull a DC comics on us and change who it is in the very last second. You know, like DC did with Captain Atom/Monarch in one of the 90s storylines, because fans figured out who Monarch was.
1) If it was walkers, wouldn't there be some blood? Those fuckers leave a mess everywhere. When the Stranger enters the room, while Lee examines the rope, we hear a metallic click, like a door. So, imagine. The stranger knocks out Kenny and puts him in the adjoining room. He hears Lee, and hides in this "adjoining room". Now tell me, why would the Stranger drag himself, doesn't he have proper working legs to walk?
2) Clem was trapped inside the closet, if Kenny and the Stranger fought, Clem mighta've not realized it was Kenny.
3) This one might be true, just a reused model. Afterall, Kenny didn't had any bullets in that pistol, and the stranger did.
Alright, I'll tackle each point.

Please don't ruin it for us. I'm still holding out hope. Can't restrain the Ken-train.
Also, keep in mind that there are some things that, which would be mundane in reality, would also be something more dramatic in narratives for the sake of drama. For instance, Steve Ditko wanted the Green Goblin in Spider-Man to be just a man from the street because that would've been more realistic, but Stan Lee wanted it to be Norman Osborn because it was a much more dramatic reveal that way. Same goes for TWD, for the sake of an interesting story, they could say it was Kenny in the room.

1) I never said the walker was in the room with Campman. That wouldn't make sense. The stranger would drag himself, maybe under the bed? I doubt he could just walk down there, and he was clearly hiding somewhere. The door, that's interesting though. Not enough for that gif, but... Interesting.
2) But she'd been with Ken for 3 months. She knows what he looks like. And if you're saying the spot that I think you're saying, then Clem would've seen him.
3) Thank you.
4) On a side note, how would Ken have gotten to the motel from inside that one building in the Christa death?

you may be right about the gun, because when you walk in the room, and hear a noise, and turn around to see the stranger holding the gun, the camera zooms in on the gun and holds for a couple of seconds. It seems like TellTale was trying to make it obvious that it was the same gun found on the attic, but not many people noticed.

Muh Kenny.

The proof that dismisses the 2 images in the OP as just re-used models. Cmon, use that impressive logic of yours! Unless it's not really logic at all.
Four lossy jpeg screencaps from a maximized 144p YouTube video don't count.
If I had to play at that quality I think I would just kill myself.
I just gave you four images, like I just said.
That you can't see a damn thing in.
It looks more like the razor that the Woodsman tried to use during the first fight scene in TWAU than a gun.
The first image looks like a caulk gun.
That was my point. I was against Euan my friend. Lol
lol sorry, I wish this reply feature worked better.
You can clearly see they're the same gun! Black handle, grey barrel.
It is less offensive than the others for sure, but where are you getting these? The quality is atrocious.
Tell me what part of the game that is from and I will take a decent picture.
Gotcha.
You can't "clearly" see anything in those pictures.
Holy crap! It's not in 144p! You are the master!

See the difference? Unfortunately, YouTube compression sucks even at 1080p, but this should be enough.
That is still like 240p -_-
Yeah I should have chopped off the upper half but at least it is vertical space and not horizontal space.
Finally! A bit big though lol but It does indeed look like the same model, that's all I needed.
I know. It doesn't mean it isn't possible though
If you go an interact with the door.
Lee: "the door to the other room" Clem: "there's nothing behind there can we go now?"
Something is up..why would they give you the option the interact with a meaningless door?
Can someone post a video where all those noises can be heard and the interaction with the door can be seen, please?

The gun could be a reused model, but the sounds and the adjoining room is pretty convincing. Someone give that man an award! TRIPLE GIF!!!

Yeah, but Norman Osborn made some sense. Ken in the room doesn't.
Neither did a lot of parts in Episode 4, but they still happened.

Swerve time
Theory is really good kenny will come in season 2
Kenny's gun and the stranger's had a scratch on it on the same side of the gun,Christa's doesn't have that scratch.
