@Harian96 I know it's ironic isn't it. I chose to save Rodrik so my play through was different, Rodrik was able to behead either Ludd/Gryff which fits in more with the Northern way.
If I had been playing as Asher, I would have called off the ambush in an attempt to try a more peaceful solution (not that I would have expected it to work).
Killing Ludd is probably better than killing Gryff - since he was the Lord of Highpoint, and with Rodrik/Asher still alive, House Forrester … morewould technically be the last House standing under Ramsay's terms.
But did anyone else feel kind of.... with either the ambush or poison? Its reminiscent of the Red and Purple Weddings. The Forresters suffered greatly from both events (Red Wedding killed off Stark control of the North which was bad news for the Forresters; Purple Wedding killed off Mira's alliance with Tyrion) and now they do something similar against the Whitehills - its almost like becoming what you hate, what goes against Northern honor - all for the sake of family.
Its a little morally grey, to some extent the Whitehills were victimized by the Forresters, who essentially betrayed them... even the Forresters aren't the good guys, of course, there are no real 'good guys' in GoT (except Eddard Stark)...
I feel sad with how Asher and Gwyn can never be together.
I got "35.9% fought with INSTINCT AND NOBILITY"
Don't think there really is a 'good or bad' ending (or endings, for that matter). Just if… more your satisfied with your choices on whatever criterion you used to evaluate it on (moral, honourable, instrumental).
Although I think seeing your fiancé get raped/die is not a good thing. Did you tell her she can stay? I told her to leave but I wasn't sure if it actually mattered......apparently, it did, 'cause I saw none of that in mine (unless I missed it).
Also, wtf happened to the Forrester Maester? The one who advised Elenore to leave and healed Duncan in episode 1?
Gryff is the fourth borne son though. Even if it was a choice I don't see Gwyn backing Gryff over Torrhen, especially as Torrhen has served the Boltons in battle and thus potentially having a stronger relationship with them.
I think killing Ludd deals more damage to the Whitehills in the long run, since it means that Gryff and Torrhen has to deal with the issue of who gets to rule the house. Remember, they don't have the best relationship as Gwyn mentioned in episode 4.
dude did you really sacrifice lady forrester? imagine she was your mother, would you do that to her?this is cruel, plus i hate ludd very much … moremore than gryf, but sacrificing my mother,no wayyyyy, she was drinking the poison in front of me, i couldn't just sit and watch
l like they could of given two choices for a main ending. The way it ended and a more peaceful way where your blood line is garunteed a life line at iron rath how ever I enjoyed the game and feel like every one who sent the bastards south ignored the whole point of being sent to hold north grove for it never to be lost. For season two I think your uncle over seas with daenarys could be a usable character and could make a big difference to the War and I agree very similar to the Starks Asher is like Jon but made the decision to come back Jon choose to stay at the black they have a fearless mother willing to do anything to save her family.
I think they would easily make a game that works to your saved data and that will probably be what they do Asher/rodrick will have a main part to play again the way telltale and certainly game of thrones go he probably die at some point or sustain a injury that puts an end to his fighting days
I'm really dissapointed with the ending- there is still only the illusion of our choices. The determinant heroes (Asher/Rodrick, Mira) w… moreould be probably dead or forgotten at the beggining of next season.
Forresters are so similar to Starks... Both lost because of stupid mothers (both Catelyn and Elissa lost their brain in the most important political moments), other assosiations: Mira-Sansa, Rodrick-Robb, Gared-Jon, and imo Ryon-Arya (ok, firstly he is more similar to not-existing in book Rickon- maybe this would change soon, but his conversation with Ethan (about bad people have to be punished) and last scene while he is obviously willing to revenge made me think he would become the assasin of the God with Many Faces). That would mean Beshka would die or dissapear like the Sandor Clegane in Arya story. Ryon as Rickon and Beksha as Osha maybe make more sense, but Ryon as Arya is more interesting storyline for me. (and that would make R… [view original content]

@Declan_Wayne apparently he died. At least that's what it says in the codex.

My mother insisted...
