Combo QTE'S??!?!?!?!?!!?
Did this throw anyone else through a loop?
I was not expecting that at all...nearly panicked and hit the wrong keys.

Same here!! I yelped at my screen, luckily I didn't die though.
Meh, They gave us enough time to react. It might go faster in the next episodes though.
Yeah Michonne got ripped apart for me, wasnt expecting it
by ME
I wasn't expecting it and got eaten :P
Guess nobody here played tales from the borderlands heh?
I had hoped they would include them back when Episode 5 of Tales came out. Seems I got my wish.
Yup, not the only one. I stared at my screen and then kind of just smashed my face into the keyboard. Did not end well...
The combat animations are really nice but the gameplay is extremely basic. It's just press one button here, really
I ended up dying, not expecting it at all lol
i died a few times, it got a bit annoying really.
I was pleasantly surprised
They were in the final episode of TFTB so I wasn't too surprised but it did catch me off guard a bit.

I agree. Even just having you mouse over and click on something is still more than this, and hell, even more fun to some degree. They've fully condensed it to button presses now.
Me:Wtf Is This Street Fighter Shit?!?!
Dead
I admit, it caught me off guard for a split second, but I still got through it, first try.
Not only one who suffered through a loop, I died about a couple of seconds after the game started. Took me a while to get used to it.
It was only used once, but it was a nice addition to keep your reflexes active. Hopefully they don't forget about it.
Not really. They did it in TFTBL, why wouldn't they start doing it in their other games.
A lot of people didn't play that though
I understand that, but I recognize a lot of people on this thread from TFTBL, including the person that made this thread. So I don't understand why people who played it are surprised by it.
They did? I forgot about it already.
EDIT: Remembered that part in episode 5
Probably because it seemed more like it was making fun of/referencing arcade fighters and we just thought it would be a one off thing for that scene in that series.
Yeah, died 2 times cause of it.
Caught me off guard actually. I wasn't expecting it at all.
Obviously, they are trying to get out of the "lol qte" type thing that people stuck them in. Doing combo's all of a sudden does make it a little bit more exciting. Plus, the style in which they did it in my opinion was fucking great.
I still don't know why people are hating on this so much. This literally is about Michonnes story based of the comics. TTG is just filling the gaps and so I think people are putting too much on it.
Tales only did that at the end of the game.
Hell, I was so relaxed during that ending sequence that it wasn't funny.
Good memories
Died because of it.

yeah it got me killed. I haven't play the whole away thro tals of the boarderlands.
I thought it was awesome. It was one of the only good things about the episode for me. Mortal Kombat style bro.
Combo breaker!!
I expect very long and almost impossible combos in future episodes. SSS rank here I come!
it caught me off guard but I like it alot!
