Can someone please explain how I am supposed to download the second episode? I am in the game (PC) and I click on episode 2. Usually if it is ready for download it will tell me so, but this one just says "coming soon." Anyone?
If I may make a suggestion to the mods - perhaps change the title of threats like these, on release day, from 'out now' to 'out today' - the former may make people think that it is actually released this minute and that they're the ones doing something wrong.

I AM in their fucking timezone!!! I live like 300 miles away. WTF is this. This is seriously frustrating. In the past, when an episode is ready, I open the game in Steam and it just connects and says available for download. Nothing here. Steam has no help or support page, and apparently neither does TTG.
So they told everyone it was coming out today and when it didn't show up they decided to tell us they changed their minds and it comes out on Thursday instead. Great.

so really? They can let people overseas and east coast and what have you download but people actually living in California where the company is, an it is 2:38pm right now, cannot download it? Seriously?
Here is a suggestion TTG: how about hiring more people so crap like this doesnt keep happening. I am not in Slovenia trying to play this game, I am practically next door. Shit.
The telltale store problem is universal. The only delay which is specific to a region is the PSN EU one, which actually affects the EU differently, and Australia, which is for a fair enough reason with an incredible time difference.
Most people around the world have to wait for the same time. I'm in the UK, where it's nearly 11pm, and it isn't out.

Thankfully just got mine started downloading on Xbox 360. Had to go to the game in your game library and then look at the game details and then over to extras and the d!*# thing was right there.
Finally Ep2 is unlocked on the in-game store on Xbox 360! I'm downloading it now. I won't be playing it though, it's 1:07 AM, Greece. Good luck to you all!
hi guys,i dont know if it a bug or something,but when you go to trophies on ps4(uk) in michonne episode 2 it say 0.03 Ultra rare?so it means people unlocked it already even if it is delayed in uk?
There was a time PC would get it as soon as the core game was ready, before all the ports were done, but I'm generally called elitist to consider a return to that time...

I think we all get this for iOS devices, I guess it's because the App Store hasn't updated its new content yet even though Telltale is ready for us. What I mean is that it's not Telltale's fault and we gotta wait for the AppStore to move its a$$. Regarding your question, don't delete your episodes unless you need to make space, and you can't delete the first episode of the game anyway (that's where all your choices will be saved from ALL episodes) The message about deleting episodes is only a reminder that you can delete them now (except ep 1) without losing your choices, because that's a fairly recent development - previously we had to keep all the episodes because they didn't store the data in the cloud.

Same here. I just checked a minute ago and got excited because now it says it's available on my iPad, but when I tried I get the "failed to … moredownload" message. When I looked in the App Store it didn't update for new content yet, so maybe we'll need to wait a little longer, even if we have purchased the multipack.

I'm in Tennessee and can't get it yet on Android either and I paid for the season pass and it's still says purchased coming soon locked

It doesnt matter which timezone you're in. All that means is that you'll get it at some point today, for you.
It will release everywhere at the same time on the store. It hasn't yet.
If you're on Steam then I believe the episode SHOULD be available. Try reinstalling.

Can't download. Always says failed. Says to uninstall episode. But wouldn't that delete choices?
