7 days To Die preorder skins?
So as we probably all know TellTale's moving into publishing with a console port of the Steam game 7 Days To Die.
I read around and found something I'm curious about:
"Fans of Telltale’s The Walking Dead series will be excited to learn that pre-ordering 7 Days to Die will give them exclusive access to 5 character skins from Telltale’s hit series, including Michonne and Lee Everett."
So this raises a question: 5 skins, 2 confirmed. Who are the other 3? They'd have to be tough as someone like Ben or Sarah wouldn't make it to day 7. They'd also have to be a rather large character as no one wants a playable Clive (black young guy from the cancer group for those you that forgot).
I'm personally hoping for a playable Kenny (I'd sell my soul for that). He's a favorite of many and a pretty good bet. And if he is included it'll probably be his one eyed Metal Gear Kenny stage because he just looks gritty enough to fit he tone.
Clem probably won't be included as being 2 and half feet tall with little girl muscles would complicate things.
Christa would probably be my second guess. She's tough as nails and a rather prominent character despite only being in 3 episodes.
As for #5 that's a toss up. Lilly is hated and wasn't around too long. Carly also didm't get much screen time. I'm guessing Luke or Pete (boat Pete, not uncle Pete). If not those than maybe Bonnie?
What do you guys think? I'm taking all bets!

Maybe Bonnie? She's the second playable character that had a large role in the games, coming between Lee and Clem. Since the remaining characters aren't confirmed and we have Michonne as part of the Telltale set, I'm guessing maybe a leading character from Season Three (which might be here soon) wouldn't be a stretch either. But yeah, I'm guessing Ken and Christa are probably two likely candidates.
Bonnie coming between Lee and Clem? I think you might have some names mixed up.
I'm thinking Kenny, Molly, and Luke.
Who knows, maybe we can relive how Kenny "got lucky" and managed to survive in-between the two Seasons. :P
Oh Molly, I hadn't considered her. Yeah, she's probably one of the top 5 likeliest.
I think Kenny is definitely one, and for some reason I think Carver is too.
I doubt there will be a Clementine skin, even though I wouldn't be surprised if there was.
I feel like it will be Season 1 characters, so Lee, Kenny, Lilly, Carley, Doug or Larry.
Nope, she is an important character in Season Two and is playable in 400 Days, the first post-Lee episode and the episode preceding Clementine's first -playable- appearance.

I'd definitely place a bet on Kenny and Molly.
My last bet would be a toss up. Either the Stranger, Norma or my personal favorite Nate.

Unfortunately Kenny wasn't included which makes me legitimately sad.
But I gotta ask.... Why is Luke black?
Although now that I think about it all 5 characters included are now black.
He is pretty strangely tan, but I wouldn't know why.

No, that's a regular character in the game. Michonne is the fifth character, but since the thing is scrolled down you can't see her name.
Which Pete is it? Uncle Pete or Michonne's Pete? I'm guessing the latter.

Iam really disappointed that Kenny isnt included, he probably had more screentime than any of these characters. I mean they chose Pete from the Michonne game instead of Kenny, really? The other 4 characters are well chosen though. I guess I will play as Luke then.
I'm glad none of them were Pizza or Ice Cream, this is a good roster aside from Pete.
Id rather play as Pete. I liked him.

I dont dislike him and its totally ok to add him as a skin. But if I think about Telltale Games: The Walking Dead, I first think about Clementine, Lee and Kenny. You have to admit its a litte strange to not add his skin to the game right? They could have made six skins, I think nobody would cry if we got one more than promisied. Sorry Iam just a little disappointed, I preordered it and talked with a friend about it long before and was really hyped to play Kenny, I was sure he would be in the game.
It looks like theyre deliberately going with second tier characters judging from Joe_Momma's posts so many they want to harken back to the WD game but not with major characters.
So have you played the game? Is it worth $30?
So far I only installed the game on my PS4 and went into the menu. But I played the steam version of this game about 50 hours with some friends. It is really awesome. The graphics are not the best, but thats one point which I dont really care about. But its really exciting to explore houses, or caves or any place in this world at all. There is so much to see and find in this game, many different zones and places which are randomly gernated. Fighting zombies is sometimes really dificult, sometimes they stumble a little, which makes them really difficult to hit with a bow. And there are some other dead enemies which I dont want to tell you yet, you should see them for yourself if you decide to play the game someday
. One important part in this game is building and crafting stuff, Its fun, but also rather difficult. We builded a well defended base, but you are never really safe in this game, just like in Walking Dead. Sometimes you just hear them hitting on your walls. It takes them a while, but they will destroy your walls if you dont stop them or be very quiet. Thats the most diffucult part in this game: Defending and building your base.
But the PS4/Xbox One version is really different I think, the graphics looked a little better and there is no option to create your own character. I will play it in a few days and tell you about it. I dont know if this game is worth $30, but at the moment its 60% reduced on steam, thats definetly a good price for a good game

It's fun, but you need to be the type of gamer with patience cause there's a lot of walking, searching, harvesting materials, and a very steep learning curve, but stick with it for a dozen hours and you'll get to badass mode, and that's when the real fun starts!
Also; not going to lie, there's a reason it's not the usual $60. Animations are kinda clunky and graphics are between indie and B list game (I don't care, but some people might), but it's great for a bit of goofy fun.

I can't speak for the developers (aptly named The Fun Pimps to be exact) but the console version was funded/published by TellTale whereas the Steam one was always doing its own thing with the Alpha, so probably sadly not.
I could take a shit that looks better than these models.

I have played the Steam version but I am very bad at playing those kinds of games with a keyboard and mouse. The Sims? Fine. This, no. I want to try it on a console with a controller, and yes i like building and crafting. I think that aspect will be kind of relaxing, until the zombies attack.
