For me, this would be Kenny it almost started immediately when he was first introduced. When i tried to save Shawn, and he didn't even tried to help but instead run off like a big coward. I also think he is the reason, for most off the problems in the group in both of the seasons. When he killed, a father infront of the mans own daughter,that was the moment the S1 group fell apart, no wonder Lilly got mad with grief and shot Doug/Carley that blood is on his hands aswell.
